Item is not from the UK it's being delivered from abroad!if I'd have known this i would never have ordered! Same socks on aliexpress for £2.50

Ordered these for Christmas gifts on black Friday. Got them in January. Asked for a return. They said they would refund me 1/2, then in 3 weeks, after going back and forth, they refunded me $17 (my order was $84). I then said I wanted to return all of them. After two weeks, they finally sent an address for returns and it's in the UK. Went to the post office, it will cost me $38 to return them! They are terrible, and the socks aren't that great. Would not recommend at all.

Update: As an update, the founder reached out after I posted this review and took full accountability for their mistake and lack of communication. While my chargeback was successful, they still wanted me to try out the product so they sent me 5 pairs of socks free of charge. I have tried them at pilates, so I can report that the quality of the product seems excellent based on my first few wears!

Original: I ordered from elliosa on Black Friday 2025 and never received my order. Turns out the delivery company “hid” the package in the entry of my apartment building (which is not secure) and by the time I was given this information, the package was gone. I went back and forth with elliosa customer service, but they seemed to be delaying and giving me the runaround, so I filed a chargeback with my bank before the 30 day window to do so ended. After 2 weeks (and conveniently the same day I heard back that my chargeback was processed), elliosa finally said they would resend the package. It has now been another 2 weeks and I have not heard anything about this replacement package, but I did receive my money back from the bank, so I won’t be following up. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I placed the order on December 7 thinking that is more than enough time for Christmas. It is January 13, 2026 and the tracking system says the order is still in transit. Not acceptable. Meanwhile they spam me with millions of offers but none about why is my order delayed.

Customer service worked with me in a positive way to resolve a delivery issue. Thank you Elliosa team for making the situation right.

No communication. No updates on tracking shipments. Over 2 weeks for shipments to arrive. Would not use them again.

I ordered a pack of six socks just before Christmas which I never received in time to be a Christmas gift due to the time of year and I was very disappointed, but I got contacted from Christina the founder of Elliosa who apologised for the delay and could not have been more helpful and offered me some extra socks free of charge that were absolutely amazing and this level of customer service and generosity went away above and beyond what was necessary. I was genuinely blown away and could not be happier with the product and company. I would definitely recommend Elliosa 100%.

never received my order; Global delivered to wrong address. trying to resolve with elliosa and poor customer support. You pay for shipping and the shipping error becomes the customers problem.
Asked for refund of order never delivered, showed proof of delivery to wrong home and elliosa not resolving. Received a lovely communication from the company; apology and kind gesture accepted... these really are adorable socks... thanks again Elliosa for your resolution..

So great! I accidentally ordered to the wrong address and the customer support team was so helpful in adjusting my order and getting it to the right place, before Christmas. The socks were also so cute and had a great experience. Will order again!

Customer service is excellent, all my questions were answered thoroughly and kindly! I loved the socks so much I already ordered my second batch of socks!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and have paid and have had no communication with them since - I am now currently having to chase them up to find out where the order is

The quality of the product was 5*, just be aware as delivery was much slower than advertised and I had to reach out to the team myself to find out what was going on with postage (I waited for about a week longer than the advertised delivery time). The team were very polite when they replied to me, but the lack of communication in the first place has put me off buying from Eliosa again.

Despite that, like I said quality is really good and comes in nice packaging!

Update: 18. Feburary:
First I want to say how awesome and really well produced the socks are.
And then I want to say a huge thanks to the Elliosa Team. I was frustrated because of the delivery time, but they were so transparent and kept me always in the loop and didnt really everything to make me happy.
I know delays are possible especially when shipping to other countries and here even more a good and reliable customer support is needed. So thank you Elliosa and in the future I know when there is a issue with this team everyone is in good hands.
And yes what can I say my wife loves the socks and only wears them now and we ordered again because now they are the favorite brand from my wife.

Ordered from you two weeks ago, and I have still not received my package or even heard from you that it was delayed. I have reached out to costumer service, but no answer yet. Very dissatisfied.

I placed an order on Dec 1st for a couple of socks as a gift to my mum for Christmas, it's Dec 10th and still no sign of where my socks are.
The tracking number displays the same info since Dec 4th and nobody is able to tell me when I will receive them. Bear in mind I'm flying home on the 13th for Christmas so there is a big possibility I won't get them before that. I live in the UK but I'm from Spain so chances are I won't even be able to return the socks because I won't be back until January. I'll be stuck with these socks for months.
The customer care team is not even giving solutions or contacting the courier for an update, all they refer to is the tracking number which shows the same info for 3 days

These socks are absolutely amazing! They have the best grip on them and they come in the cutest styles! I got almost every pair available! As new styles come out, i will definitely be shopping for more.
