Ordered a funeral flower basket for my sister's funeral. Received a birthday bouquet, I was so ashamed, embarrassed and obviously very upset. After talking to a lady from Ellies flowers I was put through to Margaret who was very unsympathetic, no apology no explanation apart from we followed policy and procedures.
I think if they were a professional company that they would have contacted me if there was a problem. I found out after many phone calls that they didn't have any funeral baskets so used what was available. Disgusting company, employees and attitude, they need to be closed down

I ordered a wreath described as "Vibrant" for my brothers funeral. It was meant to be from my whole family.
I had to order online as I live almost 100 miles from Aberystwyth where the funeral was being held. So I feel very dissapointed as I had no control over what would be delivered.
I actually phoned the number given believing it to be the Aberystwyth shop, as I wanted to make sure of deilvery and my wishes for the next day. The lady who answered seemed very understanding and I can confirm delivery and message on the card was as required.
The flowers however were very cheap blooms, the wreath was tiny and the colours were so pale, almost white. It was nothing like the vibrant colours on the website picture, and definitely not worth what I paid.
I felt extremely embarrassed at what was given as mine and my family's tribute to a much loved brother and Uncle. Thankfully I won't have a need to use that florist again and if ordering online in the future they will be avoided.

Ordered flowers for a funeral, nothing like picture on website. Very poorly presented and cheap looking in a tatty basket. Embarrassed at the state of them.

I’ve read the reviews on here but I can honestly say that’s not my experience. When I called up the chap explained they owned 3 florists, nothing wrong there. I ordered online but I made a mistake with the message, they called me back and put it right, delivered a beautiful fresh bouquet the same day to my very happy friend. Would reccomend!

i was sceptical after i ordered some flowers for my aunts birthday i read the reviews after i actually emailed fretting they wouldn’t be delivered on her actual birthday and was going to be poor quality ,but she received them yesterday on the correct day and they look just like the picture they are beautiful .so please ignore the bad reviews you won’t be disappointed .i will be using you again thank you

Shocking service. Paid same day delivery fee to be told there was a problem with van and they wouldn’t be delivered .
Very confusing when you phone up and the same women answers but under 3different florist names , Amelia’s florist, busy bees and Ellie power flowers .
No notification they were delivered , I had to call to get delivery fee refunded. They eventually arrived the next day

This florist is one of three run by John Heath of Wisbech. All online. All pretending to be locally sourced and supplied florists. Actually a country wide online affair who don't answer their phone in the afternoon as they are out delivering... actually their deliveries are by DPD so that is odd isn't it. Same voice on phone line of all three companies.. The other two Amelias Florists and Busy Bees Florists.
All have shocking reviews. Worst i have ever seen. I used Busy Bees Florists to my bitter regret. I can only advise never ever to use any of them if you want your flowers on the day you paid for them to be delivered.... and don't want to end up feeling you have been right royally conned. As I do.

I'm going to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. I usually always check trustpilot before purchasing off a website I'm not familiar with. I was gutted after I paid as I thought it was a scam after coming on here. My flowers arrived a day late , even though the site said next day and the quality was actually really good when they arrived. The messaging service is a bit u professional but atleast they delivered.

If i could give this company a zero, what a joke they are . I ordered same day delivery of flowers for a special occassion, i.e a birthday and paid extra money for this. At 17.07pm I received an email stating that the flowers would not be delivered that day as there had been an emergency with the florist and the flowers would in fact be delivered the next day, this is no good what so ever as the person whos birthday it was had gone home all this could have been avoided if they had phoned me as they had my phone number on the order.
I have asked them for a refund and they say they cant as the flowers are out for delivery, well one way or another I will get a refund even if i have to take them to a small claims court to get it, its the principle

I ordered flowers for a certain date and they arrived 2 days early. They were left in a cardboard box on the doorstep of my 86 year old grans house who isnt able to go out so if it wasnt for someone visiting they would have been there for some time. The flowers themselves were underwhelming to say the least. I paid £36 for them but a bunch for £5 in a supermarket would have been a better choice. I asked if a replacement bunch could be sent and no reply from the company. Poor customer service overall. Next time will go to the local florist.

Not a legitimate florist, claims to be in a particular city EVEN has a contact number in SWANSEA but the shop does not exist there, a little bit of investigation and even though they have an 01792 code they are not based here, one big CON

Unfortunately the delivery dates seem to be a suggestion, and not when the flowers will actually arrive (not made clear on the website), so if you want flowers for a specific date this isn't the place for you.
The flowers that arrived were OK, not exactly like the photo on the website but certainly not awful, just a bit smaller than we imagined. Recipient was happy.

Ordered a week before Mothers Day and the flowers didn't come.

This as you can imagine has caused immense upset.

I've requested a refund, I expect they will refuse. I will amend my review to reflect if they do refund. Which would at least mitigate this disaster somewhat.

I bought some flowers for next day delivery. They didn’t arrive until the day after that. On arrival it was like an Instagram versus reality scenario. The flowers that arrived looked like a lot cheaper version than the ones in the picture on the website. Very disappointed with the service and product!

Really wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as I have just had shocking service from this florist. Ordered same day and paid an extra £7.99 for the privilege for my mother in law's birthday and they didn't arrive until 5:00 the following evening. When I emailed to ask I was told that they had switched off same day and I must have had my flowers in the basket as they were doing it. No offer of recompense for the surcharge I paid to ensure they would get there on the same day. And the box that the flowers arrived in was broken and sellotaped back up too, the flowers were okay but nothing exceptional. Hugely disappointed in everything about this experience.

Paid £8 for same day delivery & did not arrive until the next day.

Unacceptable will not use again.

I ordered a rose heart for my mothers funeral. It came very late the evening before the burial. We placed it on the coffin overnight. The morning of the funeral, the undertaker tried to move the flowers to the hearse and they collapsed. Devastating to say the least. After a complaint in November I have just received an argumentative response January 10th. Even the undertaker confirmed to the supplier how bad the flowers were. Disgraceful behavior in a time of mourning. Avoid this company at all costs. £80 wasted and it can never be corrected. In my absence to my mothers funeral.

Very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I understand things happen and some things are out of their control but to then receive emails from busybees florist instead of ellisflowers is just confusing. So I add a review on busybees who then email demanding I take the review off and they will contact my surrogate (who the flowers were for) the day she gave the baby to us to apologies they were late. What unacceptable terminology to use in the 20th century! She never gave the baby to us she was simply returning our baby to us!! Fuming is not the word!! Do not use either company as the customer service is appalling and when you ask to escalate to management apparently they are at HQ and what will it do!! The customer service people need some much needed training.

Ordered 2 bouquets from their Next Day Delivery section on a Saturday for delivery on the Monday. Received email confirmations on the Saturday saying the orders had been received, then no further updates. Monday night I contacted them to be told I had ordered "too late, after the cut-off time" for next day delivery. Which means ordering 2 days before is too late for next day delivery!! Really poor service. Will not be using again. Seems they operate under 2 company names. I placed the order under Ellie Power Flowers then got email from someone at Busy Bee Florist.
I have a further update : At Tuesday 3pm, the flowers had still not been delivered.... that's from Saturday to Tuesday, supposed to be next-day delivery. Unbelieveable!
