I ordered this on 8th December but not received it yet, it was to be part of my grandson’s Christmas but take it, it won’t be.

Ordered the Daughter anxiety ring, paid extra for express shipping which I should have then received it within 3-5 days. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Numerous emails sent and no response. I have even reached out on Facebook page and again just ignored. Will never buy from this company again and I advise others not to either

The grandson bracelet was nice but not the one I ordered this one had name inside but I wanted name actually on Bracelet itself so bit disappointed

I received my daughters bracelet from you guys. The quality is brilliant. 18 carat gold i got. The note is so heart felt. I lost my youngest daughter in a car accident in 2013 so it is lovely to give my older daughter such a lovely gift. Shell love it

I was looking for something special for my 14 yr old grandson and stumbled across Elliegrace. I purchased a leather braclet for and it arrived beautifully packaged and with a saying that embodied my thoughts about him.
The customer service from Jo was above and beyond what I expected.

A fast delivery and professional response to their customers

Not happy that in the confirmation of the order as on the website the item was estimated to arrive in 5-7 working days . This was immediately following by another email telling me since September 30th items now took an additional 5-7 working days . As the item was needed for a particular date I would not have ordered it if that had been clear at point of purchase.
