They shipped it quickly. They packaged it beautifully and it’s authentic and perfect. I love it so very much! And when I had questions, Katy Anderson from customer service answered them. I am extremely happy with my purchase and entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. BUY THE BAG 😉

Item arrived promptly and excellently packed
My beautiful jumper was superbly and safely packed, arriving in perfect condition in far flung Melbourne. Just one small criticism: I made an enquiry to Elliebelle whilst the item was in transit, but I received no reply. I will definitely buy from this company again, a nearly flawless experience.

I have bought by Nordstrom, Bergdoff, Nieman, Saks, Farfetch. Not to mention from the actual brands such as Dior, Saint Laurent and Celine. This company surpassed them all in communication and providing the best service. I will continue to purchase from them and tell my other friends.

The in season Gucci purse I ordered arrived beautifully with all its authenticity cards attached. I have never ordered a designer bag from another site outside the designer retail store, so I was nervous. I’m so glad I did! I got a deep discount on the bag, and I’m so pleased.
