I have been cheated
I have been cheated, thoroughly. I bought quite a few items and their quality was appalling.I was made to take photos of each item and record what I disliked. That was easy. Nothing. Poor standard and fit. I did not want a store credit so i returned all items to"China". Of course! They did maintain they were a local company?. I had to provide a copy of my postage and was told I would be kept up-to-date. This did not happen. Every address I use to get information comes back as "invalid". DON'T BUY FROM HERE. LIARS AND CHEATS. WHAT ELSE COULD SUCH BEHAVIOUR BE CALLED.

The denim skirt had a better fit than most I’ve tried in stores. Thick sturdy feel but still easy to walk in. Zipper feels solid too, no weird snagging. Packaging was neat and clean.

Dress ordered for wedding was wrong size, contacted company immediately it arrived to arrange 100% refund as advertised company kept offering 10% then 20% then 30% refund eventually supplied return address for FULL refund! I returned same day arrived with insurance tracking….. package ended up in china customs waiting on import taxes to be paid before release. Company refused to pay taxes return denied after fighting on refund 30% of original price.
WOULD categorically NOT buy from them again!

The worst experience
The dress arrived late, even though I had been following up with them a week before to make sure there were no delays. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like the photos. The design looked completely different, like something from a cheap website.
When I told them it didn’t match the pictures, their response was: “Just the photo, more professional.”
So yes, they edit their photos to make the dress look better and mislead customers.
The belt wasn’t even included, and when I tried to contact them about returning the dress and asking about the missing piece, their communication was terrible. They ignored most of my messages, and I had to chase them over and over. In the end, they gave me the manager Majed’s number, and he claimed, “This is according to our standards.”
If this is their standard, then it says everything.
The belt arrived a full week later, meaning the order was actually two weeks late.
The quality is extremely disappointing: cheap fabric, poor stitching on the shawl, and rough netting inside that scratches the skin. The dress does not match the designer’s name or what they advertise at all.
I do not recommend buying from them.

The high waisted ones I tried were snug at first but loosened up perfectly after a wash. Really nice quality denim, feels built to last. Came super fast and neatly folded.

Such a bad experience. Refused to refund me but wanted pictures of me wearing the inappropriate clothes. I refused and after paying $70 to return to china, the company has rejected the package at customs and it’s all be returned to me.

My experience with Elle the Label has been absolutely awful. I’ve been left waiting far too long for a refund, with zero clarity and barely any communication. I’ve had to chase them up myself because they clearly weren’t going to update me on their own.
It’s ridiculous that a simple refund turns into a stressful, drawn-out process. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic customer care is honestly shocking. Nothing about this experience reflects a brand that values its customers.

Poor quality goods that do not match the picture.
They say 30 day hassle free returns but the exact opposite.
You advise you want to return and they want to know what is wrong, send a photo, offer you 25% refund to keep etc, etc. When you say you want to return it they say they cannot guarantee it will be received at the warehouse. Warehouse address seems dodgy in China. They then say parcel not received even though you provide the tracked number as they ask. They then offer 25% refund and months later parcel returned to you as not deliverable.
