Lovely clothes and lovely quality but customer service is not great to be honest. I had a problem with my order and emailed 5 days ago with still no response, I even wrote a note on my returns slip to say I had emailed with my email address so this could have been checked on the system by someone and responded to at least. This has been received as I had a email to say my top had been refunded but still no customer service response to my email.
I’m usually a size 10 / medium top but this was too small so had to be sent back for next size up. A little bit frustrating that you can’t return clothes that are too small without having to pay for returns delivery and then have to order the next size up and again pay for delivery rather than just an exchange. That’s almost £15 on delivery fees alone

I’ve purchased from this website many times and each times the order has been perfect, order arrived in time and the quality of the clothes is really good, highly recommended!

Ordered a coat which arrived smelling of cigarettes. Not ideal as I do not smoke. I advised Ellatino that I would send back the item via Royal Mail recorded delivery as it did not fit me and I was not entirely pleased with the smell. After 1 week I sent an email asking for an update on my refund. I received an email stating the item had not yet been delivered and that I would receive my refund once the item is returned. Two days later I sent a further email requesting an update of my refund. I was again told the item had not been delivered despite checking my tracking on the Royal Mail website the day before and receiving confirmation the item had in fact been delivered. I emailed Ellatino stating that the item would have been received by now but I was told I needed to provide proof of tracking. It wasn't until I advised Ellatino that I would contact my bank and record the transaction as fraudulent that Ellatino decided to refund me. I would not shop here simply because Ellatino are dishonest in their dealings. They had banked on me not being able to provide my tracking number in order to avoid issuing me with my refund.

Placed an order for two shirts which an influencer had previously posted on Instagram. I had been waiting weeks for them to come in stock so was really happy I could finally order them!
Placed the order on 15/05/2021 by 21/05/2021 I had still not received the order despite the package being dispatched on 17/05/2021 by Royal Mail Tracked 48. I emailed on 21st to explain I had not received the item and was told that it should be delivered the following week as the item was showing on Royal Mails website as being out for delivery.
I then received a refund for the items, not for the postage on 22/05/2021 with no explanation as to why. I emailed them again to let them know what had happened and they explained the item was still out for delivery and something had gone wrong?
Emailed again on 25/05/2021 to explain I had not received the item and they also had not refunded the postage and never received a reply back.
Luckily I had paid by Klarna so I reported this to Klarna and did not have to pay for the postage.
Its a shame as I was really looking forward to receiving the shirt. I also would of liked to have been given the choice to have a replacement rather than be refunded. I want to order again but would not risk it.

So happy with there service revived a item that I later released was faulty emailed them and got a response very quickly and sent out another pair very good service from Ella x

Ordered the Londyn fluffy 3 piece, the one that looks like SKIMS. It came with a hole in trousers, however I got partially refunded with the same day which I was very happy with. It is super warm and cosy, however after a few wears the top began to look really scrappy and cheap. The cardigan had some hard plastic bits sticking out around the neck but was ok after I picked them out. Overall for £50 I would not have been happy with the quality, but with the discount I was given it was definitely ok.

I have ordered from Ellatino previously and their service is nothing short of amazing.

I recently purchased an item from this company and mistakenly selected an “In-store collection”. In a fluster, I emailed the customer service team explaining my faux pas. Within 5 minutes I received a response stating that they would post the item to my house in Surrey, Greater London as a “goodwill gesture”.

It is so important to support smaller businesses during such difficult times. Personal touches to the service reinforce the importance of ensuring such companies thrive.
