Wrong colour, dodgy box - not worth the money
The colour I ordered was wrong when it arrived, asked for blue and got yellow. Also the box it arrived it looks terrible, absolutely not worth the $35 we paid for it. However it did what we needed it to do but wouldn’t waste my money on it next time

Don’t order if you want something on time
Ordered a set of baby earmuffs (express shipped) in order for my partner and I to attend a wedding with confidence given the volume.
The item was due to arrive within two business days (giving us ample time) to receive before the day.
When this time had passed, I enquired with the company who informed they had processed the order but ‘forgot’ to express ship.
They said they would refund us the cost of what we paid for shipping (didn’t happen) and gave a short time frame of when the order should arrive.
Too bad- I missed the wedding and the item came through days after what they said it would. Useless company.
