great apartment, exactly as described on the site ,Beautiful, clean, modern furnishings, hospitable owner and helpful The breakfast we booked was a treat every time, enough and something different every day. highly recommended!!

- bij aankomst niemand aanwezig, geen gehoor via telefoon, men was niet op de hoogte van onze aankomst!
- eerste week geen of slecht werkende Airco (hittegolf in Griekenland), daarna via stroomreset werkte de airco weer.
- geen waterdruk en 2 dagen geen water, pomp is nagkeken en daarna gedurende de hele vakantie een enorm lawaai maar nog steeds weinig water
- niet kunnen douchen vanwege zeer kleine straal uit douchekop
- gootsteen en wasbak geen water vooral uit de koude kraan
- eerste week geen internet - daarna nieuw modem- wel internet
- 24/7 een rioollucht - vooral in de badkamer
- slechte communicatie - een aantal vragen en storingen gesteld aan de schoonmaakster (eigenaaresse ?), alleen contact via WhatsApp met de eigenaar, maar geen directe oplossingen.
- eigenaar stelde voor de storingen en problemen die wij ondervonden op te lossen met een etentje bij een Taverna. Dat vonden wij geen oplossing voor de problemen.
- wij hebben 2 keer gevraagd aan de schoonmaakster wanneer wij donderdag (vertrekdag) het huisje moesten verlaten - gevraagd om langer te blijven - omdat wij een late avondvlucht hadden. geen antwoord en op de vertrekdag kregen wij een Whatsapp (om 13:44) dat voor 14:00 het huisje moesten verlaten.
- Plek was qua uitzicht geweldig maar huisje sterk verouderd en vele zaken defect of niet goed werkend.
- voor de ouderen was er geen trapje aanwezig in het zwembadje
- volgens beschrijving 2 badkamers - er was maar 1 badkamer.

Wij zijn zeer teleurgesteld in de accomodatie en dit is zeer beslist niet - Eliza was here - waardig.
sinds 2012 gaan wij op vakantie met Eliza was here en hebben altijd goede ervaringen gehad.
Tijdens de vakantie hebben wij veel tijd verloren aan communicatie en de problemen die wij ondervonden
daardoor is de ervaring, beleving en plezier van onze vakantie behoorlijk verpest.

Holiday Lefkas Anerada Houses arrival June 7, 2024

- no one present on arrival, no answer by telephone, no one was aware of our arrival!
- No or poorly functioning air conditioning for the first week (heat wave in Greece), then the air conditioning worked again via a power reset.
- no water pressure and no water for 2 days, pump was checked and then a huge noise during the entire holiday but still little water
- unable to shower due to very small jet from shower head
- sink no water, especially from the cold tap
- no internet for the first week - then new modem - internet
- Sewage smell 24/7 - especially in the bathroom
- poor communication - a number of questions and problems were asked to the cleaning lady (owner?), only contact via WhatsApp with the owner, but no direct solutions.
- owner suggested solving the malfunctions and problems we experienced with a dinner at a Taverna. We didn't think that was a solution to the problems.
- we asked the cleaning lady twice when we had to leave the house on Thursday (departure day) - asked to stay longer - because we had a late evening flight. no answer and on the day of departure we received a Whatsapp (at 1:44 PM) that we had to leave the house before 2:00 PM.
- The view was great, but the house was very outdated and many things were defective or not working properly.
- There were no steps in the swimming pool for the elderly
- according to description 2 bathrooms - there was only 1 bathroom.

We are very disappointed in the accommodation and this is definitely not worthy - Eliza was here.
We have been going on holiday with Eliza was here since 2012 and have always had good experiences.
During the holidays we lost a lot of time on communication and the problems we encountered
as a result, the experience, perception and enjoyment of our holiday has been considerably ruined.

Great location, nice people, customer service was very friendly, good weather, 21 degrees. High season starts at the end of April, not every restaurant was open. There was a good Restaurant at the village nearby. Car is needed for groceries and sightseeing. Villa is clean, beds are fine. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. Facilities were ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed the warm Greek hospitality of our hosts, who served us daily fantastic Greek breakfasts. Almyra sits in a beautiful place overlooking a small bay with arguably the best fish restaurant and fantastic sun sets…to be enjoyed from your own terrace. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa in Menorca! Flomortor 3. Realise you can enter the villa at 3 in the afternoon and when your flight arrives early in the morning you have a long day waiting to get in the accommodation. That is for us a reason not to do this again.

We had a fantastic 8 day stay. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. And dinner was special and well prepared by Dimtris. And hostess Stella made sure that we lacked nothing and gave us the ultimate holiday feeling, nothing was too much for her! Our room was beautiful in this beautiful hotel. We would have liked to stay longer.
For us, this stay gets a big 10.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location in the mountains. Nearby beaches, shops, restaurants and places like Malaga and Marbella.
Laurence, the tenant, is very helpful and obtainable.
The house we stayed (Yolo) is tastefully decorated and had everything to make our holiday even more enjoyable (very good bed, outside a nice terrace and a large swimming pool with kitchen and BBQ)

We had a great week in Sardinië. Hotel Tenuda su Vrau in Posada was beyond our expectations. Very kind service. Beautiful location, great, clean rooms and each day a tasty breakfast buffet. After a day at sea or daytrip we enjoyed the swimming pool where drinks could be ordered. In the evening we enjoyed our balcony and view over the valley.

a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. from booking, to preparing the trip, picking up with transfer of the car, the car, the hotel, the location and vibe of the hotel. the room, the friendly staff. absolutely everything was better than expected. We will definitely go back again, but for a little longer!!

The appartment and the location were so great. You only hear the birds singing and the wind blowing. The Gaudi room was so cosy and clean. Everything you need was there. Laurence made us feel at home and even cooked for us one night. ❤️

You can be sure that everything on the internet shown is how it is in reality. We had a great holiday on Kreta. Beautiful resort Village Heights. Good service, nice people, good restaurants.

There is Magic in the guesthouse of Elisa & Giovanni. Both are doing everything to make your stay so very special. Everything is with the hart and it felt sometimes like "Magic".
For me after 67 years of age the most wonderful holiday by far.

Our Holiday was more than wonderfull! By Eliza was here we found our perfect stay! We are traveling for 25 years to all Canarian Islands and stayed in many appartments but La Casa del Medianero in Macher, Lanzarote was so beautiful, very peaceful, well equipped, we even had a dishwasher and washingmachine. Its a small-scale holiday complex, only 5 appartments. We love’d it!!

Everything from finding an accommodation to booking and the paperwork are very well organized.

First time using Eliza Was Here after reading about them in a newspaper article here in the U.K. Have come back from one of the best holidays I have genuinely ever been on. The whole experience was effortless, well organised and they even changed the title on the secondary person FOC following an admin error - presumably from our side. Rental car was provided by Hertz which are one of the best and the car was brand new. The holiday itself was just pure bliss! We filtered for ratings 8.5+. We will be using Eliza every year from now on and can’t wait to go away again!
