I have used this mask for the past couple of months and have noticed a reduction in breakouts and overall more even skin tone. You do have to commit to using it consistently, but I have found the time goes by quickly and relaxes me right to bed. Compared to other products on the market it's a great deal for the quality and I like that you don't have to hold it up to your face for 10-20 minutes at a time

I did a lot of research and bought this mask because of the portability. It is very good quality and I have noticed some of my fine lines go away after 3 weeks of almost daily use. Be careful: your partner will try to steal it from you
