If 0 was an option that is what it would be. I received my chainsaw, it leaks chain oil out the bottom. I sent a email about it, I was told to contact dewalt. Dewalt told me that since I just purchased it that I should be able to replace it were I purchased it. Sent a email back about doing that and have yet to receive a response back.

Customer service was poor

Customer service was poor. Website indicated the requested product was in stock and available.
After receiving an email that stated the order was in progress I waited 4 days for shipping details. Contacted by message requesting information on what was happening and cause for delay.
Although their message bot said someone would contact me by Friday, I did not receive a reply until the following Monday. Again by message I requested additional information on my order and was advised the product was on back order and they would contact me shortly. The next day someone phoned me and apologized for the item being on back order and should ship to me in one to two weeks. Additionally there would be a charge for shipping and they would send an email with the shipping fee that morning.
After waiting an additional two days and having not received any email, I contacted them again by email and their site message system.
Finally decided to cancel my order as they appear to have very poor customer service and have difficulty staying in contact with their customers in a timely manner.

Incra Miter Express Combo

Order process was very straightforward with a very large selection of tools at great prices. Shipping was very quick and the package arrived safely. The Incra miter express combo was as expected and went together very easily with very clear instructions.

Poor communication

Item was shipped with severely damaged box exposing the item. Wasnt sure if anythi f was missi g. Sent email to Elite Tooks. No reply.

Very fast service

Very fast service. Order processed and received at my door in Ottawa in two days. Website is very nice and listing what/how many are in stock is a bonus these days it seems. Keep up the great work. Cheers!

I have not received my order.

The staff at Elite Tools explained that my order was delayed and offered me a machine that they had in stock for a great price. Very satisfied with the service.

Placed an order on April 17

Placed an order on April 17, it is now April 24 and nothing since. No communication. Received my order today April 26 along with an apology and explanation as to the short delay in shipment. Very pleased with the response and resolution. Highly recommend shopping with Elite Tools.
