Partial order with poor Customer Services
I have received a partial order during the delivery
I have sent (2) email and left 2 voice messages in the last 2 weeks to Elite Tools. I have explained the missing tools along with a few photos of the incomplete order.
No email reply and no returned phone calls from Elite Tools. So far, the customer service quality is very disappointing.
I am still waiting for their reply

I sent a message to service immediately upon receiving the package as it was falling apart upon arrival. Poorly sealed and open. Luckily no small parts included so nothing fell out of the box but terrible work from the department that packaged it.

CAUTION
Made a transaction online for an item allegedly "in stock". Received an email confirming the order. Never received another communication from the seller. I was never able to reach someone over the phone nor thru emails. I understand that sometimes, the items can be backordered BUT YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS AND PRESENT OPTIONS.

Elite tools is a scam!
Purchased a tool from them a month and a week ago, 3 emails and 7 phone calls to a call center with none of your info and no way to transfer you to managment has left me out $300 and a month of wasted time. DO NOT USE THEM! They are scam artists who take your money send no package and then duck and avoid you ever chance they get.

Ordered several items which were delivered with no issues.
When Brad Point drill bit set opened, found 1 bit missing.
Tried contacting Elite Tools by email and phone, 2 times on both
No response from the company at all. Have purchased before but understand the company has new owners now
The bit is not a big deal, the fact that they have no customer service means I will never purchase from them again
