I'm probably wasting my time writing this because the company don't seem to take any notice, and you can always tell because they don't make it easy to contact them on their sites.

I wish to cancel my automatic renewal on my subscription, but it won't make it clear how to get there to do this even under the subscriptions category.

This company is deceptive in how it operates

DO NOT USE. A PAID AGENT IN NEWCASTLE TALKED ME INTO THIS> THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FRAUDULENTLY.

It claims to be legitimate but I only found AI-type responses where no one engaged in a conversation or answered questions but just asked a bland question to whatever I said. 100% fake in my opinion and cancelling is not an easy process. AVOID I say!

I have been on this site for a while. In the last year, quality and quantity of matches has seriously deteriorated to the point where I have now cancelled my membership. Maybe one match a fortnight which, even then, almost never suited my pretty reasonable preferences. I don’t mind paying a premium for a quality service, but I would not recommend this dating site to anyone. You’d have more luck meeting your match on a desert island.

I would not use ElliteSingle since some of the profiles on this site are fake.

Elite Singles dating App is a SCAM to make easy money with high membership costs and no ability whatsoever to match according to preferences. Even without preferences, it just does not show any profile.

I really don't recommend it. I paid £80 for a monthly subscription and I can't access the site, the mobile app doesn't work. Support does not respond. Terrible service and app

Poor matches. Lots of blank profiles. Personality test was a waste of time. Terrible customer service. High price for premium membership, and no features if you decide to drop down to free membership. Lots of better alternatives.

I have been on this site a few times over the years, I do find a better calibre of person than Match, however, there are fewer people and I am of the impression that the site itself is posting fake profiles. I’m getting three a day with no photos and strangely basic bio’s.

RIP off company. I paid £167.70 to Elite singles, in 2.5 months they gave me 52 matches, I think old members are still on there that are no longer on the site. I messaged all the members, out of 52- 40 did not answer a very short message just asking were they still active, 13 answered only one person had met someone, 12 negative and only three lived within 50 miles of my home, Elite singles, were not interested in the slightest. You get 14 days for a refund of your money back. I give them subzero. They restrict your matches, I got two today and they were living 60 & 80 miles away, zero refund for unused months. It’s a scam 94% of people on trust pilot are saying the same thing, in wish id reviewed before parting with my money 😡

Absolutely a waste of money , Don’t even bother signing up for this site.
I paid £70 subscription and had one person a week considered a match for me in the whole month I was subscribed
I had a good profile and photos. You can’t see any potential matches unless the site sends them to your profile

An appalling dating site. It keeps sending me profiles that are not within my requests, and one lady I know already and she stopped her subscription two years ago. They use old accounts. A disappointing waste of time and money.

Very poor. You can’t narrow your search down below 50miles, and there was very little activity/suggedtions. Worst of all though, I cancelled my subscription weeks ago but saw the renewal payment pending. I can no longer access the site (as I’ve cancelled!) so couldn’t even get in to try & delete it so I’ve had an astronomical £149 deducted. There’s no phone number or email address that I could find to contact them just either posting a letter…(really???!!) or filling the online contact form in the App which I can’t do as I can’t access the site now!! Really don’t bother with this site!!

Terrible
I paid them, 24 hours later I still can’t access the service or contact people or see them. It says I still have the basic package even though I’ve paid. I’ve got confirmation I’ve paid. I’ve received my iTunes invoice showing it’s paid. I’ve contacted them numerous times. I’ve only got one reply and it’s told me to do steps on the app that don’t exist. I do think this is a con. I am going to complain and take it further and tell my bank and worn others. Please do not try this company. It is a con.

Wishing to ensure that my subscription would not automatically be renewed, I searched their website recently and could find little about it, but it did seem that it would expire without renewal. Last week, I was annoyed to be informed that they had renewed it. When I complained, not only about that, but also about the lack of activity (no comparison with the highly pro-active Match.com), I met an inflexible attitude and a refusal to end my subscription and refund me.

They need to make it clearer, and easier, on their website to end a subscription.

Cancelled because it is crap, they still stole my money, you can't access their website, they still steal your money. If you make the mistake of giving them money, make sure you contact your bank and block them. This company is known to the fraud team at my bank.

Just awful!
Massively overpriced.
Majority of matches were 100+ miles away despite preferences.
Men 15 years+ out of your age range can still message you.
People can basically lie about anything with no checks eg. Barrister with horrendous grammar and profile answers that barely made sense.
Lots of profiles with little info and no profile picture.
Preferences are ignored.
Doesn’t seem very elite!

The site is a con. Please do not waste your time or money. There is nothing elite about this site. If you are looking for sophisticated, professionals or Elite singles this is NOT the site for you.

Terrible app and even worse customer service. I cancelled my auto renewal and they still took over £200 pounds from me Deleted my account and asked for a refund and now they say refunds do not apply for auto renewals.
Seems like I'm not the only one who's had a terrible experience. Would not recommend this site at all.

Not very good at all, Search parameters, site crashes, some of my preferences are over 150 miles away when I specified 50 miles max distance, age preferences just doesn't seem to work, the site just crashes with no information and you can't access it, certainly over priced!
