Little more than middlemen

Little more than middlemen who take a commission to pass you onto another landowner, who is really another room-rental and property-management company you could talk to directly.

They provide no services for said commission. For any actual services, they charge more on top.

Skip them, go directly for other companies or landlords.

For clarity, our commission covers finding and verifying the room, arranging viewings, preparing a bilingual lease (PL/EN) and supporting clients until move-in. Optional services, such as airport pickup or residence registration, are priced separately and clearly in advance.
