Eliteplex installed an andriod headunit in my car without the steering buttons controlling the headunit.
I had to travel about 150miles to London to meet with him to rectify the issues which he did with the help of someone whom he called on the phone.
After a month later, the headunit which he installed for me went blank and came up after some hours which I complained to him also. He couldn’t phantom the issues and referred me to YouTube.
Also, the touch screen froze and till date, I can’t use the screen touch. I complained to him still, he couldn’t phantom the issue.
He is such an inexperienced car audio technician and he installs fake product.
My experience with him has been bad.

Had to replace my head unit in a Nissan Juke. Bought an Android unit from Eliteplex. Did not get a email with the delivery information which made me worried, but gave them a call and they WhatsApp’d the Royalmail tracking number. When the item arrived they also gave me a call just to help me with fitting the unit.
I also purchase a reversing camera but have not had time to fit it yet.

The unit performs really well once installed.

Fantastic service recieved . Both purchasing and installing the guy was really nice and took time to explain how to use the apps. Everything works fine and a neat job too it took over An hour to install but it’s worth it.
