After reading some of the reviews I too hesitated for a minute “do I spent best part of a thousand pounds here”? but after doing some research it’s easy to see that the bad reviews relates to one unsuccessful sale, it happens, you can’t be good to everyone but it doesn’t make you bad. I bought LV Pochette Metis and I can’t fault the bag or the seller. Accurate description, outstanding quality of the bag immaculate condition, better than what I expected, I was so surprised! The communication from my enquiry to the actual purchase was very smooth and helpful, with explanation about different options for authentication, nothing felt pushy, I took two days to think about it before I proceeded with purchase. It was dispatched same day, came quickly well and discreetly packaged. Hand on my heart one of the best luxury brand sellers I ever dealt with.

I bought a Dior Lady bag from this company after coming across them on TikTok, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! Not only is the bag itself beautiful, but the service was amazing. From the very beginning seeing the bag on a TikTok live and how Sam showcased it so clearly to messaging the team to make the purchase, everything was so smooth.

The bag arrived super quickly and was packaged beautifully with lots of care. They even included a free keyring which was so cute! I would definitely recommend them. I honestly don’t understand all the low-rated reviews. they have been nothing but exceptional.

This company go out there to make your experience with them as uncomfortable as possible . Goods not as they say . When you go as far as to complain and ask for refund that’s when you get a barrage of abuse . Avoid like the plague .

Haven't seen anything positive about this brand on tik tok only that they caused a lot of grief for one lady. Definitely won't be buying from them and I've stopped at least 3 people from buying from them too. The truth will come out soon for every one to see but please avoid this company I've had so many people comment about awful customer service they have received from elite luxury London. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, even through TikTok. They take your money and you don’t get the goods, and they lie and are very unprofessional. Definitely buy through a different company.

I purchased for the first time a Chanel WOC and absolutely love it even though I was given the entrupy certificate because it was such a big investment I paid for my own authentication through a seperate company how confirmed my bag was authentic. When it came I was shocked how new it looked there were no visible marks whatsoever it was very good condition. The people especially Joy are so kind and patient and readily answer all your questions. Will be buying again from them 👍
