Very delayed delivery. Item then arrived damaged by the courier company (not their fault) but 2 weeks of chasing for a return and refund and no progress. I have been told to pack and unpack multiple times, have been told collection is confirmed and then no one shows up. Avoid this company at all costs. Poor quality products and appalling customer service. I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
