Hello Elite, I received a package but the shirt arrived too small. I want to return it, but your website no longer exists.

You shouldn't order anything here.
You'll lose your money.
We ordered shirts and never received them. We asked for updates many times, but all we got were messages saying they were on their way. Well, nothing at all. We never received anything, and you don't get your money back because they don't think it's their fault. Ridiculous company, just criminals. Don't buy ANYTHING here!

Absolute con artists. Ordered a shirt, messaged 3 times, no delivery, stole my money

Do not buy from this website they are con artist! If you think you are getting genuine sports/football attire you are wrong, they are clearly ripping people off, I brought 2 x Arsenal kits for my grandchildren my daughter pointed out they were not authentic, I contacted them and was told I was not entitled to a refund or could return the items.
Steer clear of this company!!

I ordered 2 x kids football shirts.
1x orange Real Madrid shirt mbappe 10 on the back
1x blue man city shirt haaland 9 on the back

The Mbappe came with a no.9 on the back not what I ordered.
I would expect no matter what we require on the back it gets delivered as I ordered or the company advises that they cant assist.

I received no order confirmation had to chase the company several times that they had my order.

I Was never advised that as the orange Mbappe shirt was 2024/2025 that it come as No.9 (as its official) they can't change this as he only became no.10 for 2025/2026. the website asks for personalisation and this season Mbappe is a No.10

No communication that they couldnt fulfill this, they just take your money, no offer of a refund or another plain replacement shirt sent out.
They obviuosly don't personalise the shirts they just have thousands of shirts with players names already made up.

Steer clear of this company you dont know when or what you may receive.

Lack of communication, terribale customer service and you just dont know what you will receive.

Should of just bought a shirt and went somewhere else to personalise

Ordered a psg shirt which was very reasonably priced - it took over a week to arrive but the company kept me updated with emails and for the much cheaper cost was well worth the wait - I was slightly concerned it would be fake but it has now arrived and is genuine and I’m very happy! Will order agsin

I had been looking to purchase a Ronaldo 2021 home kit in a size large for reasonable price. I was able to find one on the website. When I went to checkout I kept getting an error and it said the item had sold out. I ended up buying the jersey form a different website assuming the jersey had sold out on the website. Turns out I was charged $100 cad for the jersey despite it saying sold out. I immediately contacted Elite football shirts asking for an explanation. Turns out it was a system error. I asked for a refund and in no time received one. I appreciate the help, however pls fix the website. Nevertheless their prices are good and customer service is even better.

Mark couldn’t of been more helpful, o ordered a kit and there was a issue at the post office which meant a delay in delivery, not only was the 20 year old kit in immaculate condition and for a crazy good price!! He also sent me out ANOTHER kit to make up for the issue at the post office! What a great service, can’t recommend them enough
