I was a previous employee a few years ago, left when I realised Jason Beal was a conman and that’s not his real name. Can’t find my pension details anywhere, DWP can’t find any info. This guy is his the lowest level of low , treats people badly while stealing from them.

STAY AWAY - not even worth one star ! They came they fit and then they lie to you,any aftercare you have to pay for. I have noisy Pannels they said we will send fitters to fit foam to reduce the noise in high winds, the fitters came forgot the foam.A manager called apologies and emailed to say we will visit again that was 6 months ago! Followed this up and now I’m told I have to pay .

Installed panels, fine. They then told me they would handle my tax refund, but attempted to ghost me and keep my money.

Now, they have known for months that my panels aren’t working because I changed my internet provider so they need to come and switch the system to my new internet. They said it was a simple solution. It’s been 5 months. I reminded them about my energy bill since the time when I needed them to come and just change the wifi settings on the system, didn’t care.

They will steal your money and leave you stranded and essentially without use of your entire system. You will pay for their panels and also end up paying full price for electricity.

Promised us insulation and a discounted new boiler under the government grant scheme. Multiple missed appointments, it went on and on for weeks as our old boiler was quietly dying. Eventually we reached the point where the installation was due and they allegedly 'found' a broken sewage pipe in our basement that nobody had spotted before on any of the multiple inspections. They all abandoned tools and left us with no working boiler and a pool of literal crap in our basement to get cleared up. They then demanded a certificate that doesn't exist from us before they'd resume work. We did eventually get our money back but had to really press the issue. Avoid.

Elite Energy AVOID THIS COMPANY . Absolutely appalling service-from failing to turn up to appointments they had confirmed by phone the day before. ( on multiple occasions ) ; failing to respond to emails ; extremely poor workmanship and considerable damage to my home ! Me and my terminally Ill husband were left without heat and hot water for 8 days over a three week period . They did agree to reimburse the cost of putting things right but again , can’t believe anything they say by telephone as no payment has been forthcoming, resulting in legal action being taken against them. Once legal action is complete I will update my review with more details and photographs of the damage In the hope that no one else e has to suffer the misery of dealing with such an uncaring and unprofessional company .

after an issue with my boiler , had it resolved to a very high standard , definitely went above n beyond to help .
