Exceptional customer service
I read several reviews regarding great customer service and I can most definitely agree with that! I had an issue with one of my orders, called and left a voicemail not expecting a call back (I called in the afternoon on December 31st). In a few minutes I got a call from Ryan. He listened to my questions, helped answer them and made the situation right. It was very refreshing to find a company who still prides themselves on exceptional customer service!

The best and quickest response time in the business, as well as shipping speed. They have answered my questions in depth and fixed a shipping address problem on my part almost immediately after my goof. Not all pep companies will respond to questions or issues (believe me, I know). They do.
