I got a cake for my daughters christening. The entire process from initial enquiry, to ordering and collection was very good. They were very responsive to all my questions. The cake itself looked beautiful and tasted very good. I would definitely get another cake from Elite Cake Boutique.

Really delicious red velvet cake. Everyone complimented it & very little waste.
The bakery is very hard to find with poor signage. I spent ages driving around. As it is on first floor with small signs it is hard to see when driving.

I am very disappointed in the cupcakes , they were as hard as a rock yesterday at 3:30 in the afternoon !! They were absolutely disgusting and not one of our guests liked them, it really upsets me considering the price tag you have on your products yet they’re not fresh …

FYI yes I did still have cupcakes leftover at the time of making my complaint and because of that I got a refund as well as asked not to leave my review, but too bad buddy everyone needs to know what these guys do to save a crappy review. The owner tried to rectify the issue by a phone call , it was kinda like he was testing me to see if I had eaten em all then made a complaint, wasn’t the case, I told him I had some leftover if he’d like to try it himself and tell me weather or not they were freshly baked that morning , got my refund in the end

I love the cakes from Elite cakes. They have the most delicious red velvet that ever had. The service was great. They always answer in a great time. Diane was very good to help me to decide the cake for my daughter's first birthday. I delighted that I found them. Thanks for everything.

Absolutely delicious cake we got for our sons 1st Birthday. Great staff , very helpful especially Diane. We will definitely be getting all our cakes for special occasions done with ye. Thank so much guys 😊

Very disappointed with my sons 1st birthday cake. The cake was so dry. I couldn't even give my son some in case he would choke. It was that dry!

They were great cupcakesssss and I had switched the delivery from pickup to house delivery last minute and they still gave great services regardlessssss!!!!!!!

Chocolate drip winter cake was gorgeous and delicious! The cake itself was a little dry and hard in spots, otherwise perfect. The frosting was delicious and not overly sweet.

Cake looked exactly as advertised, came well packaged to keep it save.
They were also really friendly and supportive when I asked to reschedule the delivery time.

Amazing company that replaced the first cake I got that got squished during shipping free of charge, came with a free candle & tasted amazing will buy from again!
