This was an absolute nightmare
This was an absolute nightmare. The driver refused to give me the make and model of the van he was driving or the license plate. He just said "white van". He proceeded to make my family walk through a busy garage to get to said white van. Then he missed what seemed like every turn, did several u turns and when we realized my husband and daughter wouldn't make their theater plans we asked for them to be let out. I had to ask three times and when he finally let them out he LEFT ME ALONE IN THE VAN. Parked halfway in the road in central London. He wandered off toward a school, presumably to relieve himself at the nearest tree. After I tried to reach the company they ignored every attempt and still charged me £200. The interior of the van was also filthy and smelled. Don't walK, RUN from this company. There are much better and less expensive options in London for rides that won't take twice as long as they should with someone who is a terrible driver and literally leaves you sitting by yourself in a dodgy part of London.
You can tell the true measure of a company by their responses. I have documentation of everything and they accused me of lying. I also have witnesses and we didn't even have a car seat. Their response speaks volumes.

Following your notification regarding the delay of flight UA929, our team actively monitored the flight and ensured the driver was scheduled accordingly. As per your booking, a *standard pickup (not meet & greet)* was selected. In such cases, it is standard procedure for the driver to contact the passenger and agree on a suitable meeting point within the designated pickup area. Our records confirm this process was followed, and guidance was provided.
We understand you mentioned difficulty walking; however, airport regulations and parking restrictions require drivers to remain within designated areas. The driver complied fully with these rules while assisting with directions to the vehicle.
We take allegations regarding driver conduct and vehicle condition extremely seriously. After a thorough internal review, including speaking directly with the driver and reviewing trip details, we found no evidence to support claims of abandonment or unprofessional behaviour. The journey was completed safely.
We would also like to highlight that "Following the journey, we documented damage to the vehicle’s ISOFIX anchor fittings. We have photographic evidence on file and are happy to provide this for independent review if required.”
It is also important to note that our support team did not ignore contact attempts; all communications were handled in line with our standard procedures.
We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet expectations. However, we must stand by our service and the factual record of events. We remain open to reviewing any verifiable evidence and are happy to continue this discussion directly via our support team.

At last, proper service.
At short notice we had to collect our car from Burnham on Crouch - we live in Shetland - and as we boarded the Edinburgh-Stansted flight we realised the train down to the garage from Stansted was over two hours, A quick email to Elite Airport transfer brought a quick reply, an honest price, and as soon as I switched my phone back on landing the driver had texted to say he was there, although we were twenty minutes early. Car was comfortable, clean and the driver was efficient, polite and couldn’t do enough. Nothing could have been improved on, keep up the good work.

Great Service!
Booking was easy and all line. Communication ahead of the journeys was timely and professional. For the outward journey the driver was early, which meant there was no rush. On the return our driver communicated whilst we were at the airport and was outside when we made our way through customs. Both rides were smooth and the cars a good size. This made the trip to and from the airport easy.
