WARNING – Potential Fraudulent Practices 🚨
I strongly advise anyone considering Elite 1 Financial Services to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, this company withheld critical information that should have been disclosed immediately after the appraisal—information that would have saved us significant time and money.

What was later presented to us was not only misleading but contradicted earlier communications. The situation has led to avoidable financial loss, and our request for a full refund of $5,900 remains unresolved. Their actions raise serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and business ethics.

This experience felt deceptive and damaging, and in my opinion, borders on fraudulent behavior. We trusted them to provide professional guidance, and that trust was clearly misplaced.
