I ordered my vape juice on 26th April and it’s still not arrived (1st May). This is beyond a joke. Nearly £50 for what? Nothing because I’ve had to go out and buy others. Don’t use, scam website!

Delivery not reliable
Delivery not reliable, ordered lots of times over many months but on two occasions now have paid for next day delivery at a cost of £4.99 and still waited 3 days or more for delivery. It's not DPD at fault either because they stipulate on their tracking they are waiting for the parcel. Not entirely happy with the service on that score sorry.

Ordered E-liquid
Ordered E-liquid, got an Email saying that the order was confirmed and that I'd get an email when it was shipped. 8 days later still no email so I went to their website to track order and apparently there was a verification problem. Absolutely 0 communication that there was a problem while still charging me. Still unsure if I'll actually receive what I've paid for.

Excellent Resoultion to a Problem
Ordered from E-L S after good reviews here. Prices were great, delivery was really fast. However, one item was missing and another was incorrect. After contacting them, they immeditately responded with apologies and sending out another delivery for the missing items at no extra cost. Superb customer service - will defintely buy from them again.
