Great customer service! I made a new account in error and sent an email to delete this, and it was done very speedily with a warm message.

I have tried buying three gifts for a colleague on Elfster. The first cost more than in a shop. The second advertised a glass ornament but the seller then emailed me to say that at that price it was only an electronic version of the picture! The third gift was advertised at the wrong price and did not include postage and packing despite earlier messages to the contrary. I will avoid Elfster in future as it is completely misleading.

I never signed up for a gift exchange. Suddenly I get an email about it. I had to then sign up for their website to get removed. They said they can't remove me. It's for work. I'm poor as shit, and now have tell people I don't have money to participate. They need to be able to remove you when you don't sign up. This is bullshit.

Incredibly annoying company that sends you spam mail even when you unsubscribe from all mailings. Once you're signed up, you cannot stop the emails, nor can you delete your account. I complained and got a response that genuinely used the word 'snickerdoodles'. Love Christmas, love a secret Santa, HATE that I had to sign up to this godawful site to participate. My advice: draw names out of a hat. (Unless you want to be bombarded with more random things to buy.)

It’s full of great ideas and links directly to trusted stores, which makes finding the perfect gift a breeze. My son's grandparents enjoy it while shopping for my son. It has great gift guides that help.

Whenever I’ve had a question, the Elf support team has been incredibly friendly and quick to respond. You can really tell they care about making every experience joyful and stress-free.

My cousins and I have been using Elfster to do an annual Secret Santa for many years now. It's so easy since we all live across the country. We each make a wishlist so everybody gets exactly what they want. Some times we even set themes, so every gift has to be related to our favorite movie. Elfster makes our holidays a success!

Always a great experience with Elfster, whether it's organizing a Secret Santa, Secret Sister, or book exchange event. We’ve used Elfster as a means to organize and participate in a large neighborhood “Boo Basket” activity during the fall! It’s well-organized, provides reminders and allows us to be anonymous in order to keep things a surprise! Elfster has helped us provide holiday fun for our neighbors and friends!

Great for our neighborhood Boo baskets and at Christmas time doing secret Santa’s for families that can use a little help around the holidays!

Easy Peasy! ..the link was shared with me during a neighborhood gift exchange, and it was a breeze. Great to track our own family’s wishes and wants, as well as an easy source for pick me ups for others!

We've used elfster for several neighborhood or friend related gift exchanges (Halloween, Christmas, Galentine's Day, etc.) It's nice to be able to create wish lists. It's a really cool option for exchanges.
