Scam , and PayPal are letting them get away with it , they send PayPal bogus “proof of delivery” which seems to be enough for PayPal to close the case

Same as all the other comments. Ordered trainers in January, still waiting. Tracking number is false, saying been delivered but they haven't. PayPal refused to help as they said company told them they had been delivered, which they haven't. I'm on email number 20 to the company. Just keep saying there must be a problem with tracking system and they'll update it and get back to me.

Don’t purchase anything from this company they are cheap nasty boots not at all like the video predicts and there is just an automated message when you complain. Lesson learnt check the reviews first.
I did receive after 4 months but wow what a disappointment and very tight so the sizing is wrong. 🥵

Looks like I’ve experienced the same as everyone else on here. My boots got delivered 4 months after I chased them about 20 times. I even asked for the order to be cancelled. Now, they are stalling and won’t give me the information to return them as I no longer need them. What can we do to ensure they do not get away with this poor behaviour?

I don’t even want to give this company a one star . I have been fobbed off for 2 months now . I have emailed many times always getting a reply of it’s been shipped out so can’t give refund . Also they tell u one price then add VAT on without telling u . Anyone had any luck getting money back

Took my money, sent me fake tracking info. Refused to advise me on the whereabouts of my order. Did not refund and now ignoring me. Been going on for 4 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible customer service. Ordered boots January which didn't arrive until 25th March. They didn't fit but the company won't accept a return or issue a refund because they say I ordered the wrong size. This is despite me having their email acknowledgement of the order clearly stating the size I ordered. Anyway, they don't fit so I should be able to return surely!!!

This has got to be a scam. Ordered boots in January and I’m still waiting. Every time I you speak to them you get the same answer to fob you off. That the shipper will update soon. How long can it take to give you an update or tracking information?

Also asked for a refund and was refused so had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Don’t order from here

I have ordered a parcel from this company on the 3rd January 2021 & I still haven't received my parcel.
I have emailed the company several times, I've have tracked my parcel from China & nothing changes.
What can I do next & how can I get my money back.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on January 27th 2021, as yet l still have not received. I have e-mailed them numerous times, to find out when my order will be shipped. Every time l receive e-mails back saying they will take it up with logistics they have given me a shipment number or tracking number, which does not even exist. Other e-mails they are very apologetic and ask me to be patient. They are a big con, take your money but don't deliver your goods. I have threatened to expose them on f.b as a con and corrupt company, also l am asking PayPal to take my case on for re-embersmental. 😠

Been charged for 2 pairs of trainers tracking number states delivery complete but I never received any delivery 😡 company is a rip off not answering my mails and PayPal no use

Still not received and have been ignored when emailing. Ordered in January - and yes I understand about covid delays, but I've ordered other things from different companies on the other side of the world and received in less than a month recently.
After overcharging me first of all and trying to get away with it, I'm now requesting a refund through PayPal. Unprofessional doesn't even cover this company. Would not recommend. Stay clear.

I ordered boots in January, still not received them. I have emailed on multiple occasions and they respond every time telling me they will check with logistics and come back to me but be patient, they never come back to me. I have now raised a PayPal case to get my money back. I wish I had read these reviews first. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE!!!

Ordered boots in January still not arrived really bad service

42 days I've been waiting for trainers. Absolute joke. Still not here! It doesn't matter the state of the world just now, post is still working so no excuse. Do not order, you will wait months and months ! Joke

Ordered my boots in January. Took a while to arrive but not surprising giventthe state of the world right now and every time I emailed for an update they got straight back to me! Got what I paid for and I'm happy. People complaining are the ones who were expecting next day delivery of a designer quality item without spending more than a tenner.

I ordered my boots on January 8th 2021 and received a shipping email on 30th Jan. I knew from orders with other companies on that side of the world, that they would be at least another month if not two. The tracking number did work. I received my boots today- 6th March and they are fine apart from being a little tight due to the sizing being less generous. However I will make do with them as I wasn’t expecting them to arrive at all after reading reviews on here. I think they will wear in a bit. Not the best quality but reflective of the price they were.

I ordered these boots in June 2020 and they only arrived today 5/3/2021. Yes 9 months later!! They arrived in a jiffy bag, all creased up and smelling extremely toxic of glue. Glue all over the fabric. They are extremely poorly made and absolutely nothing like they advised. So now another long road to try and get my money back. Please be careful when seeing Advertising on Facebook. Twice I've now been scammed. Double check websites and order away from Facebook itself.
