I receive used perfume
I order 2 100 ml bottles of Tom Ford perfumes . I received one of those open , probably some one send it back . That supposed to be gift for my mother. It was no information about that product is not new or sale price !
Write complain , got no answer .
Telefon number on internet page is not actuall .
Very angry . Paid almost 2700 kr !!!!

Please do not buy from this online-shop. The webside looks very promising but, in reality they are very unprofessional. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! They do not reply to your emails on time, and when they actually reply, it is nothing related to what you wrote. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Was told my delivery would take 2-3 …
Was told my delivery would take 2-3 workdays and would be delivered at my home address. It's not been 11 days and they had to resend the package once because it got lost. Now I just received a message that it has been delivered for pickup in Coop. So not only did they **** up the order once, exceeded delivery time by more than a week but they also delivered it to the wrong place. What a joke... I ordered a julekalender, which is pointless to receive after december 1.
(And yes, this is meant for Eleven.no, even tho I live in Denmark)
Edit: I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars because the support I got from Mona at the support team was very good. It seems like PostNord is to blame, like usual. Amazing that company can **** up every single delivery they have to make.
