I should have known this was a scam.

First red flag - constant calls pressurising me to book an appointment as it wasn’t in my budget

Second red flag - made me pay up front for my treatment on arrival

Third red flag - using skin software that well over ages and couldn’t differentiate a beauty spot from sun damage (one spot I was born with)

Fourth red flag - when the inevitable sales pitch came and I instantly declined the mood of my conversation with the therapist changed immediately. They wanted to charge me £3500 for a ten treatments over the course of a year, that was the discounted price. Not even Harley street dermatologists would charge that for what they are offering.

Fifth red flag - on leaving therapist was desperate for me to write a Google review there and then and actually sat me down with the promise if I do, she’s give me some samples. Sadly my internet wasn’t working so I said I’d do it later and the therapist replied well I can’t give you any samples then

Absolute waste of time and not even worth the promotional price of £40.

And please if anyone is even considering going to this place…. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Not sure how they’ve pulled off 79% good reviews….. there is no way they are genuine. Well of course they’re not, especially if they sit down with you to write the review!!!!

Worst Clinic

First of all, I regret ever visiting this clinic. The staff did nothing but try to sell me products and services. Worst of all, before I left, they didn’t even fix the white thing they applied under my eyes, no wonder people kept staring at me as I walked by! On top of that, i paid 3K instead of 999 that i was told to pay from the agent i spoke with before visiting the clinic. And they even tried to sell more to make me pay 10K! This is the worst clinic ever. I will never come back.

BEWARE of the sales tactics. Be warned.

Elevatione at TANGS Singapore.
My facialist was good. It's the sales staff I've a beef with. Pushy, forceful, glib. Their product prices are not transparent, they quote according to your appearance, what you have on, your travels, your aesthetic treatments etc. On both occasions they never highlighted that I've 2 days (48hours) to ask for a refund. With a 20% admin fee imposed, they've nothing to lose, not even as a goodwill gesture. I refused their exchange for products since the prices are ridiculous and dishonest.

big disappointment

I bought eye illuminator cream after a great experience in the shop in Singapore. But once back home when I started to use the cream I did not experience the same out come. In fact there was no tightening feeling of the skin anymore and the effect of the product was zero. I am really disappointed, of course I wrote to the customer service where they tried to suggest a different use of the cream, but the result was the same, no effect what so ever. I am using the cream for two months now and the I still do not feel or see any difference.

Trial Facial - big sales push afterwards

I went for a collagen facial today on an intro price. I told the lady making the appointment that if there was a hard sell I would not be subscribing to anything on the day. She told me to come and try and no hard sell. I was asked to fill forms in and told how v dry my skin was. I am 64 and admitted to having used some too strong retinal recently but hadn’t felt it was that dry - part of the sell!

I enjoyed a lovely facial involving various devices that included a face mask where you are left for 15 mins. The end result felt very good. I then went to the same room I started in where I was shown more of their skin products. The price of the facial should I want more would be $388 but in the various packages offered from $2k something to just under $5k - the more sessions you buy the more products ( a single tube of some remarkable cream was over $1,000) you got but the facial price remained the same. I explained that after Xmas I wasn’t about to spend thousands on any package today but would research their products further - hence finding this site. The sales lady suggested I should have researched before I came. I was then offered a further 3 facials and could choose which ones from their range for $598 but again I declined and explained I told the lady on the initial call I was not going to sign up for anything under a pressured sale on the day.

One is never really sure what is the real price! She said well you must know that your facial cost today doesn’t even cover our costs. Yes I told her I understood that but would take time to decide. Ahh she said but this offer is only for now not later! So be it and I managed to leave. It could have been far better to chat show me the products give me an offer that would expire in 7 days and I may well have signed up. I am certainly not for buying large packages as often they are not protected should a business go bust.

The products seemed good but super expensive and my face after the facial looks and feels good - the test how good in a few days! The sales lady insisted I needed the products to maintain how I looked just after the facial!

I went for a trial facial at Tangs in…

I went for a trial facial at Tangs in Singapore. While the facial therapist was good and professional, the middle-aged receptionist / sales person was such an utter put off and turned my experience completely upside down. When I first arrived she was so fake in talking to me like saying my birth date is her favourite number and acting all friendly. After the session, she held me up in a room to hard sell the packages. I had already made it clear I am in search of a facial place that I want to establish a long term relationship with and Elevatione was the first I had tried, hence I would not commit to a package so quickly. Yet she kept pushing and pushing in a very aggressive manner and when I insisted on leaving she gave me a very awful look. I would have considered doing my regular facials wiht Elevatione but this middle aged woman just cancelled all chances of me doing so. Facials should be pleasant and relaxing, not stressful and intimidating.
I would highly NOT recommend the outlet at Tangs in Singapore.

Customer loss to offset elevatione store's losses

I have been elevatione customer since 2021, and have purchased several skin products and tools, with bonus facial treatments. In 2023, after buying some of their expensive products, I was given an access card for Unlimited ALL facial treatments for 2 years. It turns out that in 2024 the previous store manager who gave the card (Olga) resigned and was replaced by a new manager (Alinda).
In June 2024 when I went to the store for facial treatment, Alinda said that their bonus cards could now only be used for limited hifu & pico treatments. So it applies to my card, even though it was given last year under the old policy.
The new policy is applied by the company to avoid financial loss.
Frankly I was very surprised with what she said. How could a company cancel what has been promised to its customer before.. how could a customer be sure with what you promise if you yourself can cancel it at any time?
I think prospective buyers must be informed of what happened to me, to avoid more dissapointments.

Never ever recieving a free gift from that shop

The sales was giving me a small gift.I was trying to get it. Suddenly, the shop sales said to me"Your skin looks terrible come here ..." I was so shocked why she trying to give me a gift then suddenly put her hands back. Then she asked me to try her product and apply a cream on my hand. She said" see! Did you see the difference." Then I agreed to buy but when she told me to pay . She wanted add more products to let me buy it . She kept apply a lot of different cream on my face. One foreigner is their boss. She said thr foreigner is from Israel. Then one woman one man kept talking to me. The cream cost me 1580 hkd then they wanted to add to 3650 hkd. I can tell this is a terrible scam. I told them stop they kept selling me . I hope this product will be vanish forever and the government should do investigations about this brand. To stop scamming others.

I am very disappointed this place is nothing but a scam. I went for botox and a facial. They told me I needed Pico laser which costs 25,000 per session I told then I didnt have that kind of money that was too expensive for me , they leave the room and came back saying they have discount to 13500 just for me the facial was poorly done, the pico was not like what I have had before. I saw the costs of PICO was only 1995, they are a scam!!!! daytlight robbery

Proceed with caution

I would caution anyone going here that they do a bait and switch - inexpensive price for a facial where the therapist is barely in the room and keeps coming and going, and then after, you get taken to a room to 'meet with a specialist' who hard sells you to buy a $7K package of products. You're so caught off guard as it's not like anything you've ever experienced and I can see how people fall for it as they are excellent sales people. The salon is clean and lovely but IMO, its kind of a scam. Unless you know in advance that if you're going in for a $80 facial that gets you in the door for them to upsell you, proceed with caution. Wish I'd known but the reviews online were not all bad (sadly after the fact they make more sense).

Too hard sell

Too over, I just try a free sample, then sell me up to UDS25,000 products. They keep to talk to me, I told them I was in rush but Ia left the shop after over 2 hours and paid that much money. They are nice, but also horrible. You do not have the original spa for my package treatment. The spa call Hada hana in Hong Kong, is that really ok for me to feel free to have my treatment there? It was imupulse purchase under pressure, Can I get a refund?

I had treatment done from Laiba my skin is quiet sensitive I did not think the treatment was done perfectly the lady Laiba digged in my nose skin areas and left more pores and felt lot of pain during treatment. Also my cheeks have tiny varicose veins and has left damage to my skin by scraping on the skin.
This place is rip off just out to make money
First she said £3000 then discounted at £1500 for 6 treatments.

Please do not use this place they do simple treatment for £45 then charge you a bomb the products are highly expensive and they persuade you to take offers.

I did not think the treatment is good they are pure rip offs I don't know how people are reviewing 5*.

People only go for offers and please do not waste money to pay for treatments that are highly expensive and that dont work. If companies promote too much online on social media they are not good companies. My past experience.

I would appreciate any help from people who have had bad experience from this company and would like to know how to get help because I would like them to pay for my treatments else where to get rid of damaged scar on my cheek?

Good Luck!

Total scam! They only care about the money and will lie to get it

I went for the facial which is just an excuse for sell you the packages. I was there for a couple of hours and they tried to sell me the most expensive package. I said I was unsure this will work so they offer me a package of 4 sessions promising me that I will see results at the 2nd session.
On my 2nd session my skin was worse! And they told me it was normal because I was in detox and I will see the results on the 3rd session, that even people will tell me!
The 3rd session came and still nothing… even the girl that was applying the “treatments” admitted my skin was worse and gave me other stuff “free samples” to make it better, but again, I was promised that I will see the results the next session.
On my final session I asked to see the salesperson that sold me the package and she was not there, conveniently. The guy who came said the treatment was 10 or 12 sessions and I will only see the results after it was done. I complained about being lied to, and they didn’t care at all. Once they take your money they will not care!
Also, my first session was in a nice building in Masaryk, the other 3 were in a not that nice place in other street…..
a complete scam, avoid them! They were very rude to me.

Shameless SCAMMERS

This company scammed me of about £2700 for fake skin treatment. In 2022 I saw their Instagram advertisement on facial treatment using advanced techniques. I fell for it and booked myself a £50 facial, which turned out to be a way for them to sell me an expensive treatment package worth £3500 for 10 treatment sessions for my skin problem condition which they asked me to disclose in a form. Since I have been having the skin problem for years and nothing was helping I felt even though their package is very expensive I am willing to pay if they really can provide a permanent solution as they promised. After 3 sessions I asked the therapist when should I start seeing improvement and they said I should give it until 5th sessions. Since each session I was given a different therapist, by the time I was going for the 7th session and still no improvement, I escalated my concerns to the head therapist and then that’s when the story changed that their services do not provide solutions for my type of skin condition. Hearing this with extreme disappointment, I escalated to the customer services which was no help and I asked then to have a meeting with the store manager to state my case. The store manager admitted that yes they do not provide solution for my skin problems and they cannot control what their sales staff promises and also because they are in the sales business they cannot be too honest to customers about the limitations of their services or side effects because then they will not make any sales. She offered me a refund of £250 or less ( which I refused) instead of the £2700 I have paid in instalments so far, justifying that because they have already provided me with the 7 treatments (even if they didn’t work for my skin problems). DO NOT go to this company, they care about making money not meeting customers needs.

A complete scam

A complete scam. I was told the 60 second product cost $21 when in their store in Manila and when I checked my credit card they charged me $2100 for the tube of lotion and never gave me a receipt and forged my signature on the return policy that I never saw until the emailed it to me weeks later where they made it up to be 7 days to return it instead of the 30 that I was told verbally and they tried to refuse accepting my return. I filed a police report in Philippines and hope that get what is due them. To scam a senior citizen like this out of two months of my social security is despicable. Worse, the day i discovered this scam I had to fly back to Manila from another part of the country to return this product, unused and unopened, and then they refused to issue me a credit.

THEY'RE RUNNING A SCAM!!!

ZERO ⭐️!
This company have no morals, no code of ethics and principles.

This company is running a scam!
(Brook street London W1k)

They want to take people's hard earned money and not give them the treatment they paid for!

After meeting with one of their consultants, she advised me I needed 7 treatment to help correct my issues.
I went ahead and booked the treatments, 1 each month for 7 months. However I only got 6 out of the 7.
The therapist (Justina Augulyte) who was booked to do my first treatment did not give me the full treatment. She basically washed my face and rub some stuff on it and said she was done. Me in a state of confusion said to her "what about the rest of the treatment", she said "the machines are not working".

On my way out, I informed receptionist and No one got in touch with me to sort it out, even after I emailed customer service, No one responded or got reply back to me.

After months of no response from them.

They're now trying to intimidate and threatening me because I refuse to pay for a treatment I didn't received. Interestingly that's the only thing they reach out to me for but not the problem I raised to them months ago.
Instead of resolving the issue they went straight into making threats.

Please go elsewhere! They just want to scam you out your money!
