I ordered a pair of boots late on the evening of 22nd December and they arrived one week later - which was earlier than I expected, given the Christmas break. I had a confirmation that they were on the way the day after things opened up after Christmas. The package was well wrapped and the boots are great. It was the first time that I had bought from EYS but I'm very impressed with this Company and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered my boots yesterday and received them just now. It’s so pleasing to experience great customer service these days. They were also the most convenient price out there, as I was after these boots since last year. Royal Mail was used as a currier, which is the only post company I still trust.
Please keep this great customer service and I wish you just the best to the future.

Insoles were shocking quality and unusable after first use but refused a refund or a replacement even though I provided evidence , if they can’t even send a replacement for a £3 item they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction whatsoever

Hal went out of his way to send me my shoes to Australia. I had found a pair of shoes not in Australia nor in America only in the UK.

I'll tell you what made experience great. Not only having found what I wanted in established quality shoe brands, colour, style, quality, comfort, width fitting and, most importantly, of course, a bargain price, the speed of service, secure packaging and purchasing from a GENUINE ethical on-line retailer (also has physical shops, long may they stay in business and will visit when holidaying in Wales) has made me an extremely 120% satisfied customer. Voilà!

I cannot fault the customer service dept of this company. I ordered some boots that after reading the description were unsuitable for me. Customer services responded quickly issuing a refund and amending the description instantly. This has given me confidence in using this company again. I went to return a pair of boots and was told that they only give credit notes - I was not told this when I purchased them and should have been - I was not happy but said I would have a credit note but was told that without the box I couldn't have a credit note either. The manageress who served me originally asked me if I wanted the box and as it was very bulky I said no - she did not mention to me that I could not return them without a box!! Very bad service - will not shop there again

Bought a style of Birkenstock that seem to not be being made anymore from this store online. As Birkenstocks tend to run large, I needed to exchange. The staff were incredibly helpful, both happy to take the exchange, and assured me they would hold the last remaining pain they had in my size until my return arrived. I received my items quickly, communication was excellent, I felt valued as a first time customer throughout our interactions. I would highly reccomend this shop!
