We recently purchased 2 keychains for our daughters. After several delays and staying in touch several times they sent us a tracking number (that didnt work) and claimed that the product was delivered. We never did receive anything. They claimed that the tracking number was probably fake but that we had to take it up with the shipping co. which we could not since the number was not real that they gave us in the first place. Basically from their standpoint, it was our problem, not theirs. We were treated as though we were lying about it. So rude and un-professional. Needless to say, PayPal quickly refunded our monies.
Their company statement is a joke. Not trustworthy what so ever...DONOT buy!!

I ordered the grandson dog tags back in July. Every time I reach out to the Company, they use the excuse of the COVID situation, and not able to get proper supplies or ink. I was offered my money back at the same time, but would rather have the tags, and was told they should arrive the next week. That was two weeks ago. I am not happy about this, and if they would answer my e-mails, I would, at this point get my money back. I would NOT recommend this company.
