Was really picky about our floating stairs since they're right in the entry. John Harris was super patient with my design changes. The final stairs are solid and look exactly like I wanted.

Honestly
Honestly, dealing with Elevated Stairs was pretty frustrating. Drawings took forever and i had to keep chasing them. There was even a small issue with the wood treads. The floating stairs look okay now but the experience was just average.

Just finished installing my floating stairs with white oak treads. Looks sharp and the price was actually fair. Only complaint is they need to send more updates while they're actually making the thing.

Used this floating stair system for a client's reno. Stair stringer and wood treads were packed solid. install is clean. comms were a bit slow at time but we got it done and the homeowner loves the look.
