Fast shipping to USA!
Ordered a part from Elettronew to the USA, and it arrived in just a few days. I do wish that there was a cheaper, slower shipping option to the USA (only DHL Express was available), but I would still do it again. I would highly recommend Elettronew!

They are ok minus, not owning mistakes.
They are ok minus, products are mostly out of stock despite checking and verifying over the phone (!).
Then delivey is delayed, compensation promised in writing (refund of delivery cost), which I was ok with > after shipping they deny there was a delay despite solid evidance and their own wrriten admition of fault.
Had one delivery arrived so far and was packed well, so they get the second star.
I expected true ownership of fault when things go wrong.

When we informed you, that we would not be able to send you the product the same day (as we had already told you it would be possible), we started receiving many emails and even a phone call with insults from you.
We consider your behavior unacceptable because on our part, I assure you that we have done everything possible to try to accommodate your continuous and absurd requests.

Shielded cable with signs of use and sticky.
I ordered a brand new FROHH2R 4G1,5mmq shielded cable but received one with signs of use, dirty insulation, and sticky everywhere, like it was sitting on the floor holded with insulated tape for years. I was going to use it on a 1.5kw VFD with a 800w spindle but I'm concerned about its integrity. It was my first purchase and I'm not happy with the quality for a cable that handles 450/700V. You need to improve that guys. The shipping was fast though.
