We understand the concerns raised here, and we want to address them openly. Over the past period, we experienced serious issues with one of our logistics partners, which caused significant delays across a number of orders. Unfortunately, this created understandable frustration and led some customers to question our reliability. Since then, a new team has taken over operations, and we have made major changes to our logistics and support processes. The majority of affected orders have already been shipped or delivered, and any remaining cases are being actively resolved. For customers who preferred not to wait, refunds have been processed without hesitation. We want to be clear: we are not a scam. We are a real business, and every order is either delivered or refunded. The situation we faced was operational, not intentional. We take full responsibility for the delays and communication gaps, and we are working hard to rebuild trust through transparency and consistent service. Really bad China Quality

Really bad China Quality, not near anything you would Expert the real product.
Customer service ok, but they keep comming up with excuses yo delay handling. Save a log of dissapointing time waste and just don’t buy their cheap stuff.

Update: Today I received the exact same mail which I got a month ago “Unfortunately out of stock bl.a..bl.a…bl.a.” even though the new promised lamp should have been here over a week ago. “It is already sent, you should receive it any day”
This just proofs that this company relies on people’s will to tolerate longer handling time then promised.
These products ARE cheap Chinese duplicates that if you receive them, are full of sighns of cheap materials.
I got my money back, but others may not. End result, very bad experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify one point.

The lamp arrived fully damaged due to a courier handling issue during transport. This was a shipping incident that occurred after the lamp left our facility, not a product quality issue. Unfortunately, large and fragile items can occasionally be mishandled in transit, even with reinforced packaging.

Once the damage was confirmed, we immediately offered either a full replacement or a full refund. This is our standard procedure when transport damage occurs.

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged item. However, since the lamp did not arrive in usable condition, its quality could not be assessed.

Our offer to resolve this remains open, and we are happy to finalize this properly.

I am very satisfied with Elera Lights

I am very satisfied with Elera Lights. The quality of the lights is excellent and they look beautiful once installed. The design is modern and stylish, and the lighting creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Took a bit to produce but wow

Took a bit to arrive but wow, what a piece.
You can feel the aura of the lamps and it just gives such warmth to the room, very very happy with it.
Had some questions about the production time but it was clear that is being made on order, hence the longer production time, but yea i rather have them take more time and come up with such a unique piece instead of some quick production piece.

Elera lights Netherlands Ave model…

Bought bespoke Ave lamps paid in sale £829 for large and 2 small lamps...
What i hadn't bargained for was had to wait 3 weeks plus for delivery,didnt state that anywhere...
Wait to hear this reason...
It's because company is in Netherlands,ok,but have to ship to China to get wiring/ plugs changed to EU...??? When we did eventually receive remote controls for them are in Chinese!!! Very strange indeed!!! Had to replace a bulb that wasn't working in large one and had to hand stitch twist back up...they are nice lamps,maybe bamboo...but why advertise as bespoke when they come from China? Kinda silly saying that suppose,thats how they get there £829 for bespoke lights! Very clever

To clarify, the three-week timeframe does not mean the lamps are made in China. The timing was due to your order being part of our Archive release. Archive pieces are handmade, produced on demand, and include an additional preparation window noted on our website. These sculptural lamps cannot be machine-manufactured and you can testify to that yourself after seeing them in person, so the craftsmanship naturally takes longer.

They are designed in the Netherlands and produced in small artisan batches. For a few UK orders, including yours, the plug conversion was handled through our partner in Hong Kong because we were unable to complete it quickly in the Netherlands at that moment. This was strictly for the plug conversion and does not relate to where the lamps are made.

The bulb and stitching issue should not have occurred, and had you reached out, we would have resolved it immediately at no cost.
