We are waiting on a replacement apart for over 2 weeks. Said it was shipped but has never arrived. Very slow at answering emails.

We love this sofa!!!! All the way from ordering, the customer service, speedy delivery, explicit directions, everything was above and beyond. Our guests are surprised that this beautiful sofa came in a box. The base is firm and the back cushions are so comfortable!! A bonus is that the covers can be washed! I would highly recommend the elephant in a box!!

No reply for my emails and the customer support team is not at all trained. No one ever picks up the call. Bad experience. My sofa was faulty and had an email change going on with the support team but they stopped replying after a while.

Everything went smoothly and I am enjoying the sofa and ottoman very much. Thank you Elephant in a Box team for making my apartment comfortable. The only small gripe I have is that there was e-mail sent to verify my address but it went straight to my junk folder so I did not know until I reached out to customer service.

The couch and ottoman are both lighter than "conventional" sofa's so it is easy to move around if you need to clean, etc.. No issues so far with the honeycomb, I have a feeling it will last me for many years to come. Once you have the couch unboxed and setup it is hard to imagine how it ever fit into such a small box.

I ordered the long sofa, but received a dynamic sofa. I called into their customer service line and was never able to get a representative on the line, only left voicemails. They will send me an email, but they do not answer any follow-up questions via email. Requiring me to call in and leave another voicemail. It was explained to me that the long sofa is a dynamic sofa + a seat extension. I was only told a week after receiving the dynamic sofa that the seat extension was not in stock. Their lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend buying their products at this point

Love my comfy sofa, and love how easy it is to pack and move it as i move!

I live in an apartment with a narrow staircase that makes furnishing my living room with a couch nearly impossible—this is probably one of very few options that does the trick. Genius invention with the honeycomb—this couch can fit anywhere & is not small. On top of that—it’s comfy too. Seeing that there is nothing separating the honeycomb from the floor, and that the frame is very flimsy—the couch is extremely hard to move—I lined the straps along the bottom of the couch to lift it with two people. I am thrilled with everything aside from the assembly instructions being difficult to follow & not being provided with the correct hardware—my bolts aren’t big enough to fit through the seat pad + frame. But all in all, considering that there aren’t many options for the space I have, great purchase.

Great company with great customer service providing flexible solutions for those struggling to find furniture for apartment living. Would recommend to anyone tired of trying out thrift store and hand me down couches, totally worth it in my opinion.

Awesome couch! Lightweight and durable! And so easy to set up!

Quick shipping, easy setup, great product

Shipping was extremely fast, arrived less than 48 hours after placing my order.
Set-up wasn't too bad, I got the long chaise-ish and was able to do it by myself.
Couch is reasonably comfortable, not the most comfortable couch I've owned.
Definitely a good choice for the convenience and high portability for a couch.

I purchased the open box dynamic sofa and a brand new ottoman. The sofa was perfect. The ottoman... One of the holes in the wooden slats was drilled in completely the wrong place, so it was not put together perfectly, but getting the cover on it was such a chore I don't think it's going to be an issue. The shipping was prompt and quick as promised. Would recommend, but with caveat that you really do need two people to put any of the items together successfully.

I ordered the Dynamic sofa and a cover. Everything arrived as expected and I was able to assemble by myself without issue. It's a nice looking couch and feels sturdy. There are instructions on how to take it apart and move it in two sections - I haven't attempted this yet but am happy this is an option for my next move.

I have been loving my Dynamic sofa! However, I can't say it's the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. The customer service team was so helpful and sent me softer cushions after emailing them. Honestly, I do not feel a difference with the "sit in" versus "sit on" cushions. But overall, I really do love my elephant especially for the cost and convenience. I live on the 3rd floor and have a very narrow staircase. No problems with this elephant! I would purchase again.

Overall the sofa is good. It gets its job done. But the bottom cushion is more stiff than I thought and it is not as comfy as I wanted the sofa to be. If the bottom cushion is more fluffy, I think this would be a great couch.

Took me a couple of hours to assemble on my own, but I’m sure it would have been a lot faster if I was patient enough for someone to come home and help.
So far we are enjoying our couch! It is comfortable and functional. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time and how well it moves in a couple years.

I received a broken zipper on one of the pillow covers. I e mail and tried to call but has not received a call back.

Do not do business with this company. We ordered the dynamic sofa. It arrived broken. Called the company a dozen times, left 3 voicemails with no response from them. I notified my credit card to dispute the charges and called and left that info in my 4th voicemail to them...lo and behold within 15 minutes they respond to THAT message with instructions on how to return. It was returned on May 6, 2022 and as of today's date (May18 2022) STILL no refund to my credit card and no response from them. If this sounds like a reputable company that you would want to do business with, go for it. I wpould give 0 stars if I could.
