I've been a customer of Realmac Software for more than a decade. They're a small team that really cares about the product and the experience. Their Elements platform is by far the most robust, cohesive, and impressive offering to date.

In using the web design software and now web hosting, I can see that they've really been paying attention to how their product is used in the real world. The small details are refined, and friction points removed. The result is that I can now build truly world-class websites and host them on a modern platform that performs significantly better than the large-scale hosting competition.

Elements support takes ownership for tickets and follows them all the way until they are fully resolved. Complementing the service is a vibrant community forum where nice people offer their help and insights for technical and design questions.

Elements is a delightful software platform, hosted on modern web infrastructure, developed and supported by real people. It's hard to ask for much more.
