Maricar had my issues identified and fixed within 10 min. As a business owner that just gave 10 hours to resolve an issue with Quickbooks a massive company.. I sure appreciate when a company and employee care about their customer experience. Won a customer for life with me.

After using Elementor for 8 years, we are done with this total abomination it has become.
This once so great tool has become a bugfest that isn't what it was. They have forgotten who they are, but more worrying, they have forgotten who they make their software for. New AI features are way more important to them than fixing their core. Just now, I'm trying to replace an image on the most simple website on the most advanced servers we have in the country, yet it can't fully load. It managed to do so on try 8. TRY 8!!!! Absolutely insane. A 1-minute task took me 30 minutes. And this is exactly why Elementor is going downhill. It used to save us tons of time. Making adjustments was quick and easy. Everything is still easy, but it's just immensely slow. To the point you'll get so frustrated that the whole point of using Elementor is gone.
A state-of-the-art server, the most expensive ones with more resources than we actually need. Yet Elementor can't load the most simple of pages.
Elementor is done. We're not making any new websites with it anymore. We've moved on to a builder that actually knows who their customers are and values a good working product, instead of making pointless features for people who shouldn't be making websites at all.
Another example: TWO YEARS AGO, I reported a fix for a bug that was haunting a lot of people. TWO YEARS LATER, they haven't responded and the bug is still there. HOW?!?!?!?!?!?! I did YOUR work and even then you don't care. Absolutely insane. The sad part is, this wasn't a one-time thing. I have literally fixed several bugs in your system by creating our own "Elementor hates developers" WordPress plugin, where we fix YOUR PROBLEMS THAT YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO FIX. Absolute madness. Then again, we have a better working version of Elementor than Elementor themselves. Ironic, isn't it? The difference is that we do care about our clients, so we fix bugs. Elementor doesn't care about their customers. They'd rather silence you to death.
P.S. @ Customer support: if you give me a generic useless AI response, I will review you on every website available.
More proof Elementor doesn't care:
They added AI features instead of fixing their core features that everyone uses.
The new menu is absolutely insane. What used to be 1 click is now 3–4 clicks.
They added a hosting service while their core building tool is broken AF.
They launched a new version, V4, while V3 is still broken as hell.
I submitted 6 bug reports, 5 of them with an actual solution, all of them with exact details on how to reproduce. ZERO responses or messages from Elementor. They even closed one bug report because it was not a bug in their eyes. (It's still a bug and is actively used to steal reCAPTCHA v3 keys from Elementor websites.)
Elementor does not care about you. They became the thing they hated.

A frustrating time-waster – broken responsiveness and overpriced
Elementor claims to be fast and user-friendly, but it is a complete nightmare. I have wasted three full working days trying to achieve simple tasks, like creating uniform-sized information boxes. Despite having identical margins and settings, every single box renders differently.
The responsive design feature is deeply flawed. When you finally get the layout to look right on a desktop, the mobile version completely breaks—and vice versa. For a premium software costing around €30/month, it is unacceptable that it cannot handle basic responsiveness automatically.
Instead of simplifying the workflow, it causes nothing but frustration and lost hours. I cancelled my subscription immediately. Do not waste your valuable time and money on this.

I ran into a technical issue I couldn’t solve myself, and the Elementor support team responded incredibly fast and fixed it in no time. We stopped using their service two months ago. Was delivered an invoice for their Mailer. Contacted them with 20 minutes of the email delivery. They stated they would not refund the $59 charge even though it just occurred and was not in use. They claimed it was non-refundable. This approach reflects their business approach overall. Do NOT use them

I recently purchased a one year subscription to Elementor Pro, but due to a busy schedule, I wasn't able to dive into it immediately. Once I started using the tool, I realized it didn't quite align with my specific workflow needs.
Even though I was about two weeks past the official 30 day refund window, I reached out to their support team to explain my situation. To my surprise, they were incredibly understanding and granted the refund anyway. While the product wasn't the right match for me, I highly recommend them based on their integrity and professional support.
