Can't cancel
I bought elementor for a website then i no longer needed it, couldn't cancel it, had to cancel through my bank. Cancellation failed on the website after confirming 5 times that I wanted to cancel. They sent an email then directing me back to same cancellation process, just for it to loop back and fail another time. Rinse and repeat!? I sorted it after a year!

Elementor kept renewing my account even after the card expired and has got renewed from the bank with new expiry dates and security code. This should not be possible normally, but they managed to bypass it and keep charging anyway.

If you have not cancelled your auto renewal in your my.elementor.com account for sure the auto renew will keep working as usual. There is no bank code that's needed. So I have been using elementor pro for…
So I have been using elementor pro for a couple of years now. no issues. Just upgraded to the one package that comes with priority support. 5 mins in had an issues that would have caused me to procrastinate and lose interest. but I was able to WhatsApp someone on a Saturday evening and straight away issued solved. This is going to be a game changer. Thanks elementor.

My rep G, I am guessing from tech support..I reached out to Elementor support tonight in a panic...my site was completely down with a critical error blocking everything, including wp-admin. My support agent was absolutely fantastic. She stayed patient, dug into the backend on her end, identified the exact cause of the error, and walked me through everything clearly. She had my site back up quickly and gave great advice along the way. Couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you!

I don't frequently have problems with their builder or hosting, but in the few instances where I've had to reach out, their support team is always lightning-fast in responding, in forwarding my issue to the correct people on staff, and in getting it resolved. After choosing to host my website…
After choosing to host my website elsewhere, I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund within the 30-day window - within 9 days to be exact. Submitted support tickets and received the run around until today. I started my subscription on 4/27, and they are saying I cannot get a refund (it is 5/27) because of their policy. I have no need for this service, and they are just going to keep the money I paid for a year of hosting I won't be using. I am a web designer and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone - especially for hosting.
