I previously have ordered a replacement Britannia cooker oven door seal from two separate internet suppliers but both were inferior and failed within weeks of installation.
The seal from the Element Man is by far superior than the previous two and performing how the original performed for over 20 years.
I strongly advise anyone to buy these quality seals from the Element Man and forget the rest.

Parts arrived (oven element and bulb) so well pleased with that but no gasket supplied for element or available so job put back and that was disappointing! This part should be supplied with gasket or at least one should be available to purchase on the same order. So before I would order this part again I would look for supplier which had gaskets available! Four stars instead of 5 because of this!

Yesterday at 12.15pm I ordered a grill element for my Neff oven, it was a compatible part at a very good price (I had considered purchasing a new oven as mine is nearly 10 years old.) The new part arrived today at 1pm and was fitted and ready to use by 1.40pm. It was really easy to fit after looking online, the hardest part was lifting the oven out of its housing. I can definitely recommend The Element Man, brilliant service. My only little gripe was that I didn’t receive an email or text acknowledging my order and payment, I did wonder if everything had gone through and the site was ok.

Didn't know where I would get a heating element for my dish washer from and came across the element man. Problem solved he got the right part dead quickly and I'll be able to fit it tomorrow after 4 days. Excellent thank you very much.

I ordered what I thought was the correct element which turned out to be wrong I returned it at my own cost of £6.45 I didn't mind that as I eventually got the right one Then when I received my refund it was minus the delivery postage The company have since refunded the postage and I am happy with the outcome and pleased with the element

Despite triple checking that my oven's model was listed in the long list of models in the description of both the items I purchased, neither actually fit. I ended up DIY'ing the element's metal plate to fit properly to the oven, and just going out and buying a new bulb at screwfix. (My fault for not taking the whole bulb out before hand, but it was awkward to get to and I trusted the website when it said the one I purchased would fit my model.)
Frustrated as I was willing to spend more to make sure what I needed would fit without hassle, but I should have just gone generic.

Extra star for very fast service though, purchased friday evening, shipped saturday and arrived monday.

Rang and asked for some advice before purchasing a new cooker element, chap on the phone was very polite and told me exactly what I needed, ordered on the Friday and was delivered on the Monday, very well packed, fast delivery and a great price. Definitely recommend this company 5*****

Ordered a grill element from them because they advertised for genuine EGO brand and what I received is compatible cheap one. Not buying from them anymore.

The element went again on our 8 year old Smeg double oven. In the past my husband was still working, so we would get a local firm in.
Now, the husband is retired and has time on his hands, so he decided to have a look himself.

He found burn marks on the back of the oven and when looking at the manual, its was because the wrong element had been fitted.
After talking to The Element Man, he was told that, they just tell you they have one on the van. You assume that they are talking about the correct element, but they will fit anything, just to get your money and go.
So this has happened to us twice before in the past. If my husband had not had a look himself, we would never have known. 😡

The Element Man had the correct one in stock, ordering was easy, price was fine and delivery fairly quick. We fitted it our selves and hopefully no more scorch marks, on the back of the oven. 🙂

Ordered a new element after the one in my fan oven died. Ordered on a Saturday morning, and one minute later I had a royal mail tracking number.

The package arrived on Sunday, approximately 25hrs after placing my order. Element fitted, and working well. Absolutely impeccable service by the Element Man, and competitive pricing too. I'll be back should I need any more spares!!!

Post office lost our replacement element, we rang Element Man to let them know and couldn't believe that the guy said he'd deliver one on his way home which he did .Good to know old fashioned customer service is not dead. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with.

I was having trouble sourcing a new element for my oven and was worried I'd order the wrong one online as they all look very similar. Spoke to Kevin via the chat on the website, he asked for some details and was able to find the correct one for me! And it was delivered within a few days. Excellent service :)

This company is fantastic, I ordered a element for my old butlers cooker it was for the grill as it had broken ,I paid with Google pay However I had old house address and I only noticed this once I had paid ,I contacted element man (kevin) and explained my mistake, he replied within minutes out of office times to say, he would send it to my new address, what a amazing man and company, finally a company who cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure my purchase was hassle free ,THANK YOU KEVIN YOUR A STAR

Fast delivery and very helpful. Required element for my Hoover oven, after 8 weeks Hoover could supply element. Ordered through The Element Man and received element 2 days later. Excellent service
