Professional and efficient.
Had an issue with 2 items not being in stock for my order and got then to slipt the order and it was taken care of efficiently and in a professional manner. It was difficult to contact them by phone due to how busy they are but once I used email support it was handled much faster than expected. Will be making many purchases from this company going forth.

Never had any issues with Element Games. Always dispatch quickly and the website is easy to use. Love this retailer. Been buying there for years when I lived near Stockport and now I'm further away I still buy from there.
