We called for an appointment, then, after reading the horrible reviews, we decided to cancel. They did not answer to the phone calls anymore, or they answered and hung up immediately. When we used another phone, not only they didn't know anything about the previous appointment, but they immediately hung up once I said we didn't need a new appointment. Such an unprofessional and rude behavior.
