I cannot fault the service I've had from Dale in Customer Services, to the delivery updates on the app, and phone calls from delivery employees.
There was a problem with my order and Dale could have not been more patient and showed kindness in trying to sort it out. All sorted now and very happy with my purchase, which was very good value.
Highly recommend 100%.

Bought an American fridge freezer and am very impressed! It was clear where the faults were (two tiny dents) and such good value. Would definitely use again.

A great company. The process to buy was so easy and quick. Very efficient with great after sales service.

Dishwasher delivered with missing inlet hose - these things happen. When notified, ElekDirect did everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and the customer service was excellent.

The only thing I could suggest is in the booklet you include more about each pad because it doesn't tell you also which cream to use apart from that it was ok

Excellent customer service.
I contacted ElekDirect for proof of purchase for a washer/dryer I bought around 18 months ago, as I needed it to confirm the warranty with Bosch. Dale Fletcher replied within a couple of hours, provided the documentation I needed, and answered my follow‑up questions quickly and efficiently. Fantastic service and it’s saved me a fortune, as the appliance is still under warranty.

The team and customer service are outstanding. I had to made a few changes and had some issues of my own (nothing to do with the company) and they were so lovely. More recently been dealing with Dale who has been great. Would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding service. Was phoned when item was on the way. Bargain price. The product only had a tiny scratch which was shown in pics. It was only visible if you looked for it. Will certainly buy for ElekDirect again. Thank you.

Apparently my order was "lost" with the delivery company even though there was no despatch details shared. Only found this out when chasing my order 10 days after placing it. Suspect someone at the company fancied the item themselves as it was listed at a decent price.

Now I've got to waste more time finding a replacement.

Bought a Beko washing machine which was at nearly 1/2 normal price due to a slight dent, the machine works really well I’m so pleased with it and they took the old one away for a small fee, win win. Delivery was super quick and the lads that delivered it were great and really accommodating. Fantastic service all round will definitely buy from them again.

Great communication- was able to track delivery which was really good.
Cant fault the service

Really happy with my fridge freezer. The buying experience was easy. It was clear from the website where the faults were in the product and they were going to be well hidden due to where my fridge freezer goes in my kitchen.

I had to ring and change my delivery date and this was unbelievable easy.

My only slightly negative comment is that the delivery team themselves could have been more careful moving around my property.

Delivery guys were brilliant, carried it up lots of steps in a thunderstorm. Dishwasher as described - works.

fridge delivered but doesn't work and it's been a heatwave so now more fast food that I can't afford because I've no way of keeping fresh food cool and waiting for them to collect. No offer to replace with similar fridge at same price to make up for the inconvenience and will have to take another day off work to be here when they collect. Can't afford a new fridge without the refund so all pretty rubbish really. Won't be using again!

Wow what can I say I had an intergrated washing machine delivered today and Dale answered all my questions in a timely manner he was very helpful. To the delivery time slot that you can follow. And to the two amazing delivery men who were so very kind helpful and outstanding service. This whole company was amazing I’m very happy and will be telling friends and family about you . Made a purchase fire elect direct for one reason and another. I wasn’t happy with the first one. It wasn’t the correct model that I thought it was no fault of theirs. They picked it up and delivered me. Another choice of mine it arrived. It’s working great I had a young gentleman called Dale dealing with me over the 10 day. Who touch base and let me know every step of the way that what was happening how it was gonna progress and was phenomenal throughout. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service so much appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Purchased a fridgemaster American fridge freezer. Great pictures showing slight dent on very bottom corner of the back left side. Very transparent and absolutely brilliant delivery booking system. Arranged delivery for the Sunday (three days after purchase) drivers were fantastic and I'm thrilled with my new fridge.
Will definitely be back to buy more appliances
