Although the item took much longer to receive and getting replies was a challenge. The item was indeed delivered and was beautiful. Smaller than expected but beautiful nonetheless.

I paid extra to receive my item earlier. I didn't receive it earlier and when I tried to get my money back, there was no response.

I ordered a bracelet and wanted it for a birthday gift. And I have never received it or any email with shipping info. I emailed thr company because it states you cant call customer service right now. Imagine that. Well noone has emailed me back. How sad that a company would pray on people who are trying to keep memories alive.

Scam! I ordered this as a gift for my friend and I never received it and the company doesn't want to resend me a new one or provide a refund so I lost $53.99. I placed my order on August 27th, my order image was accepted September 2nd, it shows delivered through USPS on September 15th. My first issue is that before I purchased, the website estimated delivery on "September 8th" in time for my gift. The item actually was never delivered and it shows delivery September 15th, that's 7 days past the original delivery day. Then when I contacted their customer care they redirected me to contact USPS, so I can get a "geo-location" of the mailbox it was delivered to. I let them know that my mail goes to a cluster maibox for all the home sin my HOA, so a geo -location wouldn't prove anything. They are not willing to give me a replacement or a refund, it is now September 19th, 23 days since I placed the order and they have not taken any responsibility to help me.

After SEVERAL attempts at communication w/this company, I received one response that said my order would be here btwn Jul 19-23, 25. And, of course, she blamed the postal service. I ordered a keychain and bracelet; spent close to $70! I so wish I'd read the reviews, bc most slam this company. I checked on my order 2day, and it said my items were "in the line for processing," which completely negates the July 23rd delivery date. And many reviews state this is not made in Washington state like they claim. I'll be making a complaint to the BBB, and my advice is to steer clear of this sham of a company.

I ordered a bracelet as a gift for someone. When it came it was too small. I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done. I was told it was being elevated to a manager. I got no response from a manager. I emailed. No response. I emailed another 4 or 5 times with no reply. Even if nothing could have been done to fix it would have been nice to get a response. I will not be ordering again even though the product was great the customer service was terrible.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I do not recommend buying anything from here. I bought a necklace for a loved one who lost somebody and upon my purchase, the delivery date was stated as April 21st. The company told me that they would ship my item within 3-4 business days. After 6 business days, my order has yet to ship, and it is now the 21st, which is when I was supposed to receive my order. I try emailing the company and all they do is give me my tracking number and tell me to wait for updates. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and lie about delivery dates! If you order something from here, expect to never hear from them and for your item to take forever! Don’t trust what they tell you. I wish I would’ve never wasted my money. I have also read multiple other negative reviews with similar complaints. STAY AWAY!

Worst company ever. I would give them a -1 if I could. I ordered a bracelet with picture in it for my grandson for Christmas and it came broker with the round picture stone in the box and not even attached the bracelet. They make you feel like it's your fault it came broken and make it so hard to even return to have fixed. Stay clear of this company. =(

They are liars. They don’t produce in the timeline stated, then don’t respond to emails. Eventually they did and never acknowledged their lack of adhering to the timeline. Haven’t response to the BBB complaint and now blocked me from all social media 😂…. But go check before you buy. LOTS of unhappy customers there.

I had a terrible experience with this company. You can’t talk to anybody in customer service it’s all email correspondence (if they choose to answer you). Poor quality bead and bracelet would never order from them again. Do not recommend!

I placed an order on 12/31 and have not received anything as of 1/13. They took over a week to drop off the package at USPS. There are plenty of other places to buy these products and I’m sure they deliver at a timely manner.

Received my bracelet and gave it to my boyfriend as a gift. Within 5 hours, he had texted me saying the bead fell out of the bracelet. I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement and to watch for an email saying it had been shipped. Still waiting.. 🙄

I submitted an order on December 5th. no tracking was ever issued for my order, the money was taken from my credit card. I've tried contacting the company now for 2 weeks with no response. if anyone has a phone number for the company, please let me know. this was suppose to be a very special Xmas gift

I placed an order on 12/16 and paid for expedited shipping, which was estimated between 12/21-12/25. The order still has not shipped. I have reached out via text, email, and online order inquiry and still cannot get an honest update on the status of my order. Many other companies offer the same services, so I would recommend looking elsewhere, unless you like getting the runaround.

I ordered back in October and had it directly shipped to my sister for the holidays. SHE NEVER GOT IT. When I asked her if she knew how to use it, etc...she said, "Knew how to use what?" UGH! I ordered early so that she would have it.

I am so embarrassed! I bought this "elegant" gift for my mother. It's a plastic silver coated bracelet that feels like it's going to break every time she wears it. I thought it would at least be made out of metal. I would NOT purchase again.

I ordered 2 duo necklaces for my grandparents and they turned our great. The pictures are clear and centered and the necklaces are pretty.

I placed my order on December 1st and I got my shipping notification on December 10th. The package arrived on Devember 20th, so the delivery time was accurate.
Like another review my tracking number was labeled as "undefined" and I had no way of tracking the package, which made me nervous as Christmas is closing in. I tried contacting customer service twice, both on December 13th and 16th but have gotten no reply as of December 20th. This makes me give this company a 4 star rather than 5 star rating.

I get that its a lot of traffic around Christmas but to go 6 days without replying to my inquiry is a bit rough, especially considering that the store page claims costumer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

Overall I'm very satisfied. The products are really great!

This company is just all around irritating they don’t respond I paid for 1-3 days shipping with no update nothing no refund but yet they take forever and barley response don’t waste your time

Horrible experience. They took so long to make the jewelry then their 2-5 day shipping is really 7-10 days so don't let them lie to you. Just go with another company save yourself some time and heartache 🙏 my mom won't be getting her gift on her birthday.

Received email mentioning item has been sent out for shipment, but track reference shows “undefined”. How is that possible???? So is my item currently shipped out? Or it’s lost or a scam? So, I have tried emailing them regarding this matter and even raise a ticket enquiry through their contact us page MULTIPLE times and on different days, after 2 weeks still NOT a single REPLY!! So called self-claimed “best” or “top” customer service with “impeccable” response time. What a load of horse shit literally, just disgusting to watch all these fake/scam claims just to lure potential customers only to treat them with such horrible customer service experience. Utterly a shit show dealing with them, don’t even bother buying their product if you want some DECENT customer service

Just got my item delivered (after waiting for 28 days) and product is legit, but it seems its a drop shipping website as the packaging and address shipped from is from China, so I guess it's a partial scam as I paid such a high price but the production value is probably 10% of selling cost only, considering the fact their website mention it's made in US, but clearly it's made in China and probably ordered from Alibaba for production which is basically drop shipping essentially. Still disappointed that the website was not being transparent and truthful about their product origin. To top it off, they REALLY NEED to improve their customer service, not a response by them which is really really bad, I will still maintain a 1 star rating due to the lies and deceit displayed on their website

- Pay such a high price for a cheap item from China
- Absolute horrible customer service, they will not reply to any email or ticket enquiry at all & completely ignore you
