I entered a competition on an app on my phone and had to pay £1 postage to receive my prize. It was a complete scam and the company denied that there was ever a competition and said i had agreed to pay a subscription service of £17.99 a month to buy electrical goods from their site. I also started to receive lots of spam via email and text since giving this company my details. As if anyone would actually buy enough items to justify these costs. Complete scam of a company, avoid at all costs.
I was scammed in to paying €2 for import taxes on a parcel when I was actually paying for a recurring subscription for this company. Avoid!
