I recently bought the electrohound PC from them and it’s running smoothly. I still need to tweak the graphics card or etc cuz there’s a bit of stuttering when I play Dota. Im not sure if it’s my internet or the PC but overall the pc is great. Krystian answers all my questions and their computers have the best prices without compromising the build. Id recommend people to buy from them!

Great experience with these guys, answered my questions before, after and during the process and they was very quick to respond. Also these guys got my pc to me within two days!!!! Not only that the packaging was amazing. Also instantly offered to send battery out that was missing in the remote to control the rgb lights. Highly recommend and the delivery service they chose allowed me to track the driver.

I'm really happy with my new PC from ElectroPC. I bought the "Hound" model, and it runs smoothly, looks great, and handles everything I throw at it. It was also cheaper than other places I looked, which made the deal even better. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I was extremely pleased with my purchase of a pre-built gaming PC (model 'Atheris') from Electropc. I wanted to change a few components and had a ton of questions, so I went on to the chat with them. Krystian was very helpful and we spoke on the phone immediately and he agreed to put them in. The PC was super quiet with no issues whatsoever, I had to speak to them afterwards to which they resolved my query.
Well happy. I would definitely recommend Electropc, their prices are very reasonable, my PC costed me about 150£ cheaper than other companies.

I bought a pc back in December (rtx 4060 + r5600)
When I say this is some of the best customer service around I mean it my pc had a virus so I uninstalled windows OS but I couldn’t reinstall it asked if they could help and they did even though that wasn’t covered under the one year warranty communication is on point and most importantly they have great reliable pcs all in all would definitely recommend them and use this company again.

I usually build my own PCs, but I was very surprised by the offer of a 9070 XT PC 20% cheaper than I could build myself.

I did check out reviews on this site before purchasing as I struggled finding their address on the site. The PC was delivered in 4 working days.

It was very well packed, and had little notes in the box and on the PC for novice users to follow. The cable management inside the PC was excellent.

My only minor gripe was that the refresh rate on the PC was set to 30hz when I connected it to my TV so games looked a bit jerky. I noticed this straight away as I'm a games developer. I don't know if this is a Windows 11 thing on a new install when connecting by HDMI, but is worth checking out in the settings when you set the resolution. It should be at least 60hz.

I would definitely recommend buying from these guys. Krystian and the team are doing a great job and you can tell they put a lot of love and care in their builds.
