Sent fake Airpods Pro
They sent me fake airpods pro via CDON, got that verified by Apple's repair service.
Only reason it is not a one star is because I actually got my money back. Could have gotten higher review if they would have refunded me faster.

I got confirmed by Apple Store in London and a licensed third party repairman which Apple Customer Care sent me to that the Airpods was without any doubt FAKE.
Both sound and mic quality was very poor, the noise canceling did not work, the build quality on the case was not rigid and the serial number was printed on the wrong place. I took photos and filmed the case before sending it back in case of this would end up in a word against word thing.
Lowering score from 2 to 1-star after the reply which is very telling of the communication I have dealt with where not the response from Apple Store was enough.
Would love to follow the internal investigation to see how you managed to mess up so bad that you got and sent fake airpods to a customer. Unless Electronordic is a scam altogether, CDON has a history of not picking the best subcontractors.

We thank you for sharing your experience with us! In regards to your refund - it was created and booked in the system one day after the AirPods were sent back. However, as your payment was made via CDON, the credit goes through their accounts and we have no control over how long it takes for them to credit a customer.
When it comes to your AirPods - from what I can tell based on the e-mail conversation with our customer rep, you took the AirPods to a third party service provider where they told you that the product was not genuine.
We decided to refund you the sum paid in good faith and to speed up the process for you, this without checking whether the AirPods were fake or not. Shortly after the refund, we sent the AirPods to Apple where it was proven that the product was indeed genuine. These AirPods will now be sold via our ’re:use’ channels proving our comittment to the environment.
