Where do I begin
Where do I begin? We placed an online order for an open box dryer. We arrived shortly after receiving the email that it was ready for pickup only to find out the dryer was not supposed to be sold in the first place as it was defective. I’m not even sure why they would have stated it was ready for pickup if they knew it was a defective item. Seems like a lousy sales tactic to get us in the store to buy something else and this is why I believe that. After being told the item was defective we asked to see if there was something comparable or if they could help work something out for us for the appliance that we already paid for in full due to the inconvenience that has already been caused by them not simply calling to say the dryer is defective prior to sending the email stating it was ready for pickup. The manager immediately started stating no way we paid xxx amount we don’t have anything below $500 in my store and proceeded to blame shift to the “$10 an hour employee in Nashville that does the stock”. Not only that but he was also blaming us for not calling first as if it’s our job to call and check if the item is defective. He also stated we should know if we purchase something at electronic express it may or may not work. So if you didn’t know that now you know. Distasteful to say the least, but I digress. We desperately needed a dryer TODAY so my husband proceeded to follow him in to see what they could “work out”. He later comes to let me know they’ve found a dryer but it’s an additional $250 on top of what we already paid. I said absolutely not. Shortly after he returned after “working something out” to where we were STILL paying an additional $125 for a dryer. At this point we’ve been here almost 2 HOURS and I’m sick of it and ready to go so my husband and I decide to move forward with the sale. Went to checkout and they said we had to pay for the item in full and the money we already spent couldn’t be applied to the purchase and at that point we are out of here. Absolutely ridiculous and they are delusional if they think we are paying for two dryers and taking home one. This whole experience was nothing short of an absolute shit show and a proper display of poor management in several departments. Which at $10 an hour I can’t say I would care to do a good job either when I could go to McDonalds and make more hourly. Sad.

Electronic express always has what I’m looking for significantly cheaper than the big chain stores. The haul away, delivery and install always make it easy.
Do not expect timely contacts
Item was listed in store stock when ordered online. Ordered for pickup, not there in store. Online dept then got involved, said would get back with me. At this point two weeks after order date. No contact back in three more days, cancelled payment. Manager calls a few days later to say they had the item for pickup.

Customer Service was excellent!
Loved the purchase, after was terrible.
I absolutely loved the purchase experience. However, I'm experiencing a problem with the appliance after they installed it and I have to wait two weeks for them to come fix a problem that's most likely the result of an installation problem. The two men that delivered and installed my washer/dryer were extremely dismissive of any of my questions or concerns, and when they first arrived it took them two minutes to get it off the truck, then thirty minutes to actually bring it to my door. If that's normal then their delivery time needs additional time added. Based on my aftercare I could not recommend them to anyone.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!
The fridge that was delivered to me was NOT what I had ordered, it at least what I thought I was ordering based off of the pictures on their website. We wanted a specific type of ice maker in our fridge and the pictures of the one I ordered showed that specific ice maker. Electronic Express has FALSE ADVERTISING!! I called to deeper the error and when my call was handed over to a manager she proceeded to argue with me and tell me the fridge that was delivered was the one I ordered, even though the model numbers were different. Not how the situation should have been handled.

Not at all happy with my decision to purchase from electronic express. I ordered a complete set of appliances online. My first delivery I was delivered the wrong stove and the refrigerator had a dent on the side of it. The second delivery, they loaded up the same incorrect stove, and a fridge that had major damage in the back of it. Called customer service to inform them and to see what they would do to compensate the inconvenience. Our requested a complete install at their expense, which they were willing to provide. The third delivery I finally received the correct stove, but the refrigerator had a dent on the side that would be covered by the kitchen cabinets. I decided to accept it because I did not expect anything better would be delivered a fourth time. The delivery guys were not informed of the courtesy install and when they called customer service they told me if I wanted my appliances installed I would have to come into the store and purchase a $350 install package. I reminded them of all the issues and this was supposed to be compensation for my inconvenience. Customer service said they would have to talk to a manager and get back with me. Two weeks later I have heard nothing. I've had to pay someone else to install. Not a very good experience and will more than likely not choose electronic express again due to the horrible customer service. I will say the delivery guys were troopers, very kind and understanding of my situation.

Associate was extremely knowledgeable about the products. His expertise led me to a different choice than I otherwise would have made, and I'm completely happy with the outcome. A much different experience than shopping at a big box store. I recommend them not only for expert advice but for price as well.
Good Customer Service
Originally it took a little time to get my order, about a week. I went to the online chat and asked why my order had not shipped yet. They responded quickly back and forth with me to figure out why it had not shipped. They reported back with me did not make any excuses but made it right and had the order delivered with one of their delivery vans the next day. Thanks
