This will be lengthy but worth the read, it covers 225 days. November 21, 2025 I purchased a complete set of kitchen appliances. I went with the Media brand. I will say nice stuff. Now let’s get down to the quality of Electronic Express service after I paid. All appliances were delivered on November 25, 2025. The delivery crew brought the boxed units into the house. What was odd is the stove was not in a box but wrapped fully in bubble wrap with a Midea MGS30S2AST sticker taped to it. I questioned it and delivery men said it’s ok, they left. I started unwrapping the bubble wrapped stove and noticed it was a KitchenAid gas stove (KGS700ESS). I called the driver and the store and asked them to come back , it’s not the correct stove. The store manager told me it was correct and it was the last one that was in warehouse. Thanksgiving was 2 days away and my wife had no stove. They did not know if this stove was a defect of floor model. They wanted me to keep it. I explained no, I want what I ordered. They informed me to go ahead and use it until a new stove arrived. The convection on the KitchenAid stove didn’t work, trips breaker when try to use it. Called store manger and warehouse manager. Was told they cannot do a warranty service on that stove since I didn’t purchase it. Told me not to use the convection. Wow really!
- [ ] It took many phone calls to them to find out where my stove was. Now 4 months later during one of my phone calls to them, I asked a person I haven’t spoken with yet, did they have any in stock? He told me yes, 1. I said send me that stove and they did. When it arrived 2 weeks later the box was open and stove was dented from end to end. The delivery guys took photos and called warehouse. The warehouse wanted me to accept the delivery, I said no. I wanted new in box not damaged. I was advised it will be 4 more weeks. Well after several more months of me calling them I came up with a solution to their problems. I called 1 last time and same thing 0 stock. I explained the stove they left is defective and needs repaired I felt it was not safe to use. This guy said no problem he will put in a service ticket. Crickets after that. No call no service. I called back 2 weeks later and told them I had enough of their inability to meet my simple requests - my stove. I told them I wanted a full refund of the stove and I was going to Lowe’s to get one. Same day I pitched a new stove from Lowe’s and had delivered very next day by Lowe’s . Amazing. I love the Midea gas stove (MGS30S2AST). Much nicer than that KitchenAid they left me. Now more of electronic express. Still have not gotten my refund from electronic express. I called to get refund, was told I have to go to store so they can put refund in system and set up a pick up date to take the KitchenAid away. (Policy- All refund go through store you purchased from) I did that on 6/25/2026. I went to store and the manager ran my card and printed a recipient and gave it to me. On receipt it stated I was given wrong stove and they cannot get customer his stove. Refund recipient showed I was getting $1,207.24 back on my credit card 7 days after KitchenAid stove was picked up. It gets worse. They picked up the stove on 6/30/2026. I have plenty of pictures. Today 7/8/2026 still no refund. After 3 days on phone with electronic express I am told it will be 5 more days, but I have to repeat the return process at the store again or give credit card number over the phone so they can run my card again. I also found out the manger that was handling my case left the company and no one felt the need to tell me I have to start refund process all over. What a scam. Get this, today they sent an email stating they are deducting $250 from refund for rebates from when I purchased the appliances last year. Are you kidding me! How low will they go. They cannot get what they sold me and now they want more money from the customer ? Stay away from Electronic express. Nothing but lie after lie. I have been given the run around for 6 months, “we have one on special order”, I have been told that statement over a dozen times in past 6 months while Lowe’s has had them in stock 10 minutes from my house all this time. I am turning this over to my credit card company. I will never shop electronic express ever again. My warning to you reading this, shop elsewhere if you do not want a hassle.

Purchased a 65 " Samsung TV online. It was supposed to be a new item, but I was contacted by the store manager, who told me it had been unboxed and used as a floor model. Wasn't offered a discount.
This was not a good experience for my 1st time using Electronic Express
The website said if I ordered in the next 25 minutes I would get next day delivery. A week and several phone calls later no one can tell me when the machines will actually come. I’ve been told multiple times it may be a couple of days or it could be 8 weeks. I’ve missed getting machines delivered next week by a different company waiting for this one to fulfill what it promised.

Unlike all the other electronics & big box stores, I could actually pick up my appliance the same day I bought it.
Shipped me a defective item, and would do nothing at all to make it right. Strap was broken, spoke with two extremely rude customer service people who refused any sort of compromise. The second one finally relented with a 10% off if I purchased a new cooler that minute, but could not guarantee same issue wouldn’t occur. No option for overnight shipping even though I needed the cooler for breastmilk for a flight and they had put me in a bad spot with shipping the defective item. Terrible experience, will never buy from them again.

Not only did I have to wait a week for shipping, but when I finally received the TV it was horribly cracked across the entire screen. It looked as though it had been cracked before it was even put into the box. The packaging seemed sufficient to prevent damage. Instead of quickly replacing the merchandise and picking up the old TV at the same time, I have to wait for them to schedule to pick up the old TV then they have to process a refund, then I just have to buy another one. I was told this process would take 7 to 10 bus. days. This is absolutely insane, and now I will be purchasing the TV elsewhere. Also, Costco has the same TV for $360 less. Furthermore, I have already waited 3 days, and still haven't received an email to confirm the return or a call to pick up the merchandise. So who knows how long this process will actually take. I'm so mad, I will tell everyone not to purchase from here.

The product (a washer) was delivered in tip top shape and the driver was very helpful with getting it in the house. They were also running late that day due to having some truck issues but were very communicative and kept us updated all day as to the status of the delivery.
