We purchased from the Jackson Tennessee store, an oven,countertop ice machine and a sink disposal and the price was more than reasonable for name brand items! The service was awesome! They were friendly, professional and efficient! I will buy all of my stuff from there!

Great service and they went above and beyond when the 1st TV had a manufacturer issue that wasn't even the stores fault 100% positive experience and I highly recommend to everyone who is in the market for a quality TV knowledgeable and professional. Date of existence is approximate because I don't remember the exact day but I know the month.

the day of buying the stove top was excellent, the cashier and manager were very helpful and informative. The day of delivery was a nightmare! I had a bought the installation package at the amount I was told. The installer stated that was the wrong package and did not go with my stovetop. I called the store and spoke with manager who was extremely unhelpful and wanted the installer to leave and come back a different day while we had been using a temporary stove for days since ours was broken. It was insane, instead of accepting that it was entirely the store fault including the manager who sold me the wrong product and that they will fix it right away, he wanted m to come to store pay the difference and then reschedule the visit. Not an experience I will go through again.

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I got exactly what I needed. They really took their time with me to make sure I was satisfied. I am not sure of the date of my experience. Sorry.

I bought a set of speakers for my vehicle and the sound quality was very bad. When I talk to the manager he told me there is a no refund or exchange policy on call audio that has been installed. He was not able to help me resolve the issue.

I drove up from Memphis looking for some items and I found those and more. The customer service was exceptional.

I bought a laptop at your store in Jackson’s tn . I took pictures of the laptop messing up . Showed the store manager videos and pictures. I know pc and laptop very well . I tried to rerun it . He spent 30 minutes trying to tell me how to fix a laptop instead of returning it . I don’t have the receipt. I had lost it . But I called corporate and got a copy of the receipt he would not except it because I bought it through snap finance. He said snap wouldn’t take it back without the original receipt. I called snap they said that wasn’t true. And thank God they let me send it back to them. I will always use snap . I will never come back to that store . I have spent 10,000 in that store in a year . Snap have all my purchases on file . Very sad at how the store treated me . You need a new gm . He is costing you money .

Loving my new Maytag washer and dryer. Every one was nice and polite. My only problem was the dryer was making a noise when the turned it on and had to take it back. They brought the new one 4 days later. All is good. Thank you. Lori
