I ordered a tv from them to have shipped to my house on the other side of the country. I expected it to be a delivery that required a signature, and as I've done in the past, I either sign the slip or have it help at a customer service center (not an access point) for me to pick up. For whatever reason, Electronic Express put extreme restrictions on the delivery (adult signature required) which means that I cannot leave a signature for it and I cannot pick it up anywhere. On top of that, UPS will only deliver during the day (between 11 and 4) so there is no physical possibility for me to receive the package. UPS said to call the ship (Electronic Express) to remove the restrictions so it can be help somewhere, called them, they won't. So basically I paid for a TV, that was shipped all the way across the country even though there was never a humanly possible way for it to ever be delivered. And Electronic Express made it very clear they won't do anything about it.
My order was processed and delivered to me way faster than I expected and they had the best deal for on the market

This was my first buying experience with Electronic Express. I live in New Hampshire and we purchased an 85 inch TCL TV for our son in Georgia so we were concerned about everything going smoothly and this extra large TV being delivered undamaged.
Electronic Express is an honest online retailer. We experienced a flawless transaction; excellent communications exceptional customer service, the shipping company did an outstanding job.
The 85 inch TCL TV was delivered undamaged and on time. The delivery crew was courteous and very helpful in getting this huge TV into the house.
Once unboxed and set in place the TV looks great and performs as advertised.
I highly recommend Electronics Express and will definitely use them again if the opportunity presents itself.

The description of my purchase included an hdmi cord and a 12 month subscription of some sort. I didn't receive either and reached out to customer service. I never heard back.

Ordered in stock refrigerator. Days later no communication. Contacted customer service and was informed not in stock could pay more for stainless that was. No! Was told later that week it would be in. Two weeks later I contacted again and finally said in two to three days it would be in. Then didn’t haul off the one I paid to have hauled off and had to come back. Communication lacked extremely. Will never purchase online again ordered June 24th, wasn’t installed until July 10

I ordered my washer online from Electronics Express. Easy. Received an email a couple hours later that it was ready to be picked up. Easy. Go to the store to pick it up. Easy. A young lady asked if she could help me as soon as I walked in the door. My washer sitting there waiting for me. I thought this is going well. Go over to the registers and have my barcode, ID and card ready to verify my identity as the buyer. The guy says we can’t scam that barcode. Doesn’t want my ID or card. Just prints the paperwork and tells me to pull up and they will load it for me.
I pulled up by the sidewalk and 2 guys bring the washer out. My disabled husband gets out of the truck so I stay inside the truck. I could tell when they put it in the bed of the truck but my husband hasn’t gotten back in yet. I get out to see why. These 2 young guys had left without securing the washer and my disabled husband was trying to get the strap around the washer. It took us a few minutes but we got it secured and left.
The buying online was the best part of the experience. You really need to teach your employees about customer service and following procedures.
I highly doubt I will be a repeat customer.

Beware!!
One of the most terrible. Consumer experiences ever. They act like shysters and maybe are.
Tried to buy a very expensive TV. $2600.
Delivery was scheduled for 2 July 10-2. Pre 4th when we will need it.
Of course, I schedule my time and a team to install for that time.
That morning they call to say "pound sand, no TV today.. call in for a new date" I call in and they say they are still delivering that day. We wait. No show.
Next scheduled date they miss again and show up an hour after scheduled.
I have team install TV-it's dead as a doornail.
They say I need to ship it back!
Of course, they say "we pick it up when we want to, not when you want us to..".
They take TV and guess what? Refuse refund until they "inspect"-- even though it's with their agent carrier.
They act like thieves... Beware!
