I would highly recommend Electro City (formerly Kelly and Dollard Waterford). We purchased all our items for our new house from Keith in the Waterford Store. We can not praise him enough, he was so helpful and lovely to deal with from start to finish. I have since recommended Electro City to friends and family. (Apologies I’m so late to give feedback.) Bought a fridge and washing machine, the delivery company sent a message that would be delivered after 12pm and the driver called in the morning saying it would be delivered at 10:40am. I can't make it there because my current home is 35km from my new home and it would take more than 1h to get there. I am moving one day after the planned delivery and will need to wait the next delivery without a fridge and washing machine.
The Electrocity Support tried to help without success and they delivered it in the next delivery date 4 days after.

Was a bit sceptical at first because they had the powerbank I was looking for much cheaper than anywhere else. Gave them a try and I got it delivered quicker than I would with harveynorman or other shops also about €30 cheaper. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I was very impressed by the service I received from ElectroCity. My order was duplicated in error (due to technical problems with PayPal) and everything was swiftly & professionally handled by the courteous lady in the customer service department of ElectroCity. The HP printer I bought was reasonably priced, and it arrived by courier within the expected time frame. I will definitely buy more electrical products from ElectroCity in the future, and I would have no hesitation recommending ElectroCity to anyone.

Waiting for order, ordered last Saturday, got email telling me its on the way, only to find out that it will be send this evening to warehouse in Cork, then I have to ring Tuesday to find out when it's coming. We ordered a undercounter freezer, desperately needed. First why tell me its on his way when itsnot ?
Secondly why no track and trace instead of ringing them ? First time using this company because others didn't have what we wanted.

The website was easy to use, price for the product I wanted was better than anywhere else and ordering for in store pick was great. The only let down was when I went to pick up the order, the assistant that served me had very little interest in customer service, she left me standing while she was on the computer, then couldn’t find my order, then asked someone else to go and get the order.

Jayne in the online chat was extremely helpful and helped me get my order early as it wasn't in stock in my store of choice. Had to drive but it was urgently needed

Worst customer experience ever. Sent incorrect item and ignored emails for a week. Ended up having to return it which cost me money. 100% do not buy off them even if the price is cheaper
