Green Electro Heating Reviews

Absolute 5-star experience!!! John and his team recently completed a major project at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, John was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. It’s rare to find trade professionals you can trust completely, but the quality of John’s work speaks for itself. They handled a massive job flawlessly. If you want the job done right, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I have had a very good experience working with Dorina and the team at Green Electro Heating. Dorina has helped me with the MCS paperwork, system designs and documents needed for my heat pump projects. Everything is prepared clearly and professionally, which makes the installation process much easier.

Ionuț also carries out the heat loss calculations for the properties where I install heat pumps. His work is accurate, detailed and completed in good time. This gives me confidence that the systems are correctly sized for each property.

They are helpful, easy to communicate with and always willing to answer questions when needed. I would strongly recommend Green Electro Heating to any installer who needs reliable support with MCS documentation, heat loss calculations and heat pump project preparation.

Excellent service! You can trust that the company will deliver what they promise. They genuinely care about their clients, not only during the job but also after payment has been made and the work has been completed. This level of aftercare is hugely important to me and sets them apart!

Ionut Apostu is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Ionut and his team did an excellent job installing a new heat pump system at my house.

5star from myself

I had an excellent experience with Green Electro Heating. They installed a Samsung 16kW heat pump along with a Joules 400L water tank, and the entire job was completed within just three days.

The team went above and beyond—after initially removing a 300L tank, they made the extra effort to install a 400L tank instead, despite the challenges of working within a very tight space. Their problem-solving and attention to detail really stood out.

The aftercare has also been fantastic, with great follow-up support following the installation. On top of that, they guided me through securing both the government grant and additional funding from Barclays, which made a huge difference.

Highly recommend—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!

My boiler stopped working on Saturday at 1100, but 1300 Ionut was here and it was fixed. Explained everything that was wrong and what to do if it happened again. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend and will use again.

Jack, Dorina and Ionut arranged the installation of my ASHP. They are very quick to respond to your queries and do not mind answering endless questions! Jack's advice on the location of the outside unit and the insulation of the ground floor was invaluable. Ionut and his team worked hard to make sure everything was in order and did a great job at the end to install the heat pump and the hot water cylinder.

Ionut and Dorina are exceptionally friendly and deeply knowledgeable when it comes to heat pumps and green energy solutions. Their professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding service are evident in every interaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking expert guidance in sustainable technologies.
